August 2023 by It's Dad
What's up, y'all? Dad here, and I'm coming in hot, like tires at a pit stop on Daytona, and I know a thing or two about teamwork and trust. That's why I was excited to visit Greer, South Carolina, and check out the local Wells Fargo bank. First off, let me tell you, the folks at Wells Fargo in Greer are top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the team. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They even offered me free coffee, which was a nice touch. But it wasn't just the coffee that impressed me. The Greer branch of Wells Fargo is well-staffed, with plenty of tellers and personal bankers available to assist customers. And let me tell you, these folks know their stuff. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make informed decisions about my finances. One thing I particularly appreciated about Wells Fargo in Greer was their commitment to the community. The F.W. Symmes Foundation, which is supported by Wells Fargo, is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of Greenville County residents by making gifts to religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational organizations. It's great to see a bank that cares about the people it serves.Of course, no bank is perfect, and Wells Fargo is no exception. Some customers have complained about the bank's fees and policies. However, I didn't experience any issues during my visit, and I was impressed by the range of services offered by the bank.Overall, I would definitely recommend Wells Fargo in Greer to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy bank. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to serving the community. As a dad, I know that trust and teamwork are essential to success, both on and off the field. Wells Fargo in Greer embodies those values, and I'm proud to give them my endorsement.- Friendly and knowledgeable staff- Well-staffed with plenty

The branch manager is rude and not helpful at all. Been a loyal customer for over 12 years. I’ll take my money and go to another bank. Whoever is the District manager should take a close look at your employees and really consider finding another manager who is helpful.

Unhelpful. Always busy. Have to make an appointment . 1 hour phone call for someone to translate . Can’t bring your own translator. Unfriendly environment. I don’t recommend it here.

STAY AWAY!!! These people are crooks terrible bank don’t ever use them. I was in a car wreck and in a comma for almost a month and I couldn’t make my payments due to having to be in recovery and they did zero to help. After almost 7 years I asked nicely if they could take this off my credit and sent a dispute through Equifax only for my credit to randomly drop 21 points because apparently I’m disputing there resolution after the account been paid and closed for a very long time. These people are what you call per evil. I have an amazing bank now that if anything should happen they actually care about their customers. I will be trying to dispute this yet again since my credit dropped 21 points for asking nicely for them to delete the credit card off my credit report.

Poor customer service and interpersonal communication. Hardly welcoming and answered every inquiry I had wanted to do with “well, are you sure you want to do that?” Will never bank with Wells Fargo ever!

Very rude people. I came in to get a document notarized and they made me jump thru hoop and was very rude on two separate occasions. When I asked for a copy of Wells Fargo notarization policy. The lady Melissa I believe said "I don't have that info" I said " well where can I find it?" To which she replied " that's a good question" with an attitude. I've never been so disrespected in my own bank. Somthing needs to be done about both lady's Debra and Melissa at this location. They will continue to run your customers away. No professionalism! No training, need anger classes or something..

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for a long time and the branch I opened my account with is a pleasure to do business in, Landrum S.C. I recently called a branch near where I work on Wade Hampton blvd, I needed a document notarized, the notary was so off putting on the phone that I left it until the next day and drove to Landrum where I received the usual high standards.
