This company has taken my sons laptop in for repairs and his keys were damaged, we gave them 3 weeks to fix it with almost no communication in between those weeks… when we got our computer back the keyboards touchpad was scuffed and the monitor wouldn’t turn on, the fan speed ran low and quickly stayed silent + charged $150 out of our pocket, all the while that they had assured us that they will “get it all working again” excuses everywhere, it is a scam.

Unbelievable you can't reach them over phone or email. Their phone setup voice message and never call back. Email delivery failure.
