Always been very helpful anytime I call, there internet service is online almost 99 percent of the time which is great, it goes down at night mostly for what seems to be updates or such. A bit expensive but not much better internet providers around that have this uptime.

Freshly moved to volga. Had a install date with mediacome set for the 10th. Our move in date. And they changed it on me. Went to Valley FiberCom at around 1pm. And said they could set us up with the 13th for instal. But said she'd check when her service guy came back for the day to install on short notice. They had our internet up thay day. Great costumer service. Wonderful and helpful staff. Quick internet also. Wouldn't recommend anything else in volgo. So appreciative they went out of our way to have us up and going thay day. Can't recommend this place enough! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent service, I pay about $67 a month for 100/100mbps service. Comparable speeds from other providers would have run me $20 more a month.

While they have had some growing pains, their overall service has been great. Much faster than the other phone company that offers internet service here and much more reliable than the cable company that offers internet service here. When service has been down, they have communicated well and things were restored in a timely fashion.
