Ronnie/Ron/? Helped me greatly! He very politely interrupted his lunch to come out and test my battery! Thanks :) also it wasn't the battery so he also tested my starter and alternator free of charge. It's so great that this company provides this service to its customers (although I wasn't even a customer that day). *** The diagnostic test revealed that I just needed to charge my battery, did that, its starting like a brand new car!

I remember the good days when you actually had to have some sort of mechanical background to work at a parts store or at least know what a sparkplug was. These kids they have working at this place are as clueless as it gets, rude, and act like it's the end of the world because they have to look something up or do anything job related period. I'll never set foot back in this store.
