Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!
I recently purchased my wife a new car and had the absolute pleasure of working with Don Sutphin. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle — not just make a sale.

Trying to get an oil filter all day long. Incompetent parts sales people. Can't check for a oil filter without a vin. After getting the part number myself, took about eight phone calls to get a hold of someone again to pay for it over the phone so someone could pick it up for me.

Big shout out to Kayla, who leads the Service department for Genesis in Chattanooga. She’s a PROFESSIONAL and always goes above and beyond when it’s time for scheduled maintenance (covered for all new cars for the first 3 years BTW).
While I didn’t purchase my 2025 GV70 at the Chattanooga location, I wish I had.
