They got me in for an alignment quickly and worked with me on a bit of extra work. The car drives great now, like it's a new car. I would recommend trying them out.

Go in for a flat repair and they can’t fix it, they end up ruining the tire where no other shop wants to touch it. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a tire. No offer to replace tire was made by anyone just hey I can sell you a new one. Won’t do business here anymore

If you didn’t know you could make a call, have Ashly talk to you for 10 minutes and get a tail light completely fixed after an accident inside of 5 days, you do now.

Went to Highland Tire and Auto yesterday with a sizable nail in my tire. We’re Soddy Daisy residents and my wife said let’s go to the tire shop where we drop off our Santa for Seniors gift bags every year. We drove there not expecting quick service on a Saturday with no appointment. Was told we can get you right in. A short time later our car was back our front and then I was told no charge for the patch repair. What!? Who does that? Amazing friendly and attentive service. Customer for life. Folks, they are amazing.

This place is amazing! My family has worked with the owner, Tim, since he was at Goodyear and followed him to Highland Tire. My dad grew up working with him and now I have as well. I now live 40 minutes away from Hixson, but it is EXTREMELY worth it to make that drive knowing that you are going to get the best service possible. Jeremy is also fantastic and great to work with and truly makes going to the mechanic painless. Thank you for always taking great care of our family's vehicles over the years!

Just want to take amend it to tell of my experience that I have this company. I had taken my car to have the radiator flushed. It’s been a little over 30 days which was in December. I also did an oil change. I noticed a few days ago there was pink fluid and some of the gravel in my driveway so I immediately raised the hood of my car and noticed this pink liquid all over the left side of my engine. Again, check the oil five times because I could not believe it was like one & 1/2 quarts too much. This was a Sunday. Monday first thing On called to let them know something was wrong. they were nice and worked me in and checked my car and told me it was the clamp that held the hose to the power steering pump. My question is why did I not have the issue before I took my car to be serviced there? I asked them if they could get the extra oil out and they did and they said they would do the best to clean up my engine, but it wasn’t very clean, needless to say valuable lesson learned. Just be sure and check your car when you leave there.

Tim and his team do such great work. They have done minor and major work on both mine and husband’s vehicles. I have referred them to friends traveling through Chattanooga and to my friends and clients that live here. I cannot say enough good things about Highland tire for any of your auto repair needs.

I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon thinking it may take a few days to get my car back, and I didn't call ahead of time or make an appointment. They had my car back to me within a couple of hours, which exceeded my expectations.
I was suspecting a faulty battery since I'd already done some diagnostics myself (cleaned off the corrosion, replaced a gnarly positive terminal, tested it with a multimeter), and they listened to me and didn't question me when I explained the issues I was having, which unfortunately isn't always the case when I've gone into other auto shops by myself in the past.
The pricing was reasonable and there were no pushy sales tactics at all. Jeremy was helpful, friendly, and fast (give him a bonus/raise!). I'll definitely be back next time I need help with my car.

Highland Tire and Auto Service goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in tip top shape! Their waiting area is very open and comfortable. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. Very efficient and friendly service.
