Richard was amazing. I came up just needing some air in one tire, and he aired up all 4 for me, and found the solution to the reason it was low to start with.

The techs are good folks… but a 2.5 hour oil change isn’t acceptable. The tech that started my service had to leave mid job resulting in some misplaced bolts for my skid plate. I tried to help but realized there were missing bolts so had to wait for the original tech to return. 50% off my next oil change was a gesture of apology but I won’t be returning to use it.
I was prompted to leave a review after my experience but I didn’t want to leave a bad review and instead was given the option to get a call back to remedy the situation from a corporate number, which I requested but never heard back either via phone or email. So here I am now.

Jiffy Lube always does a great job on my cars. The staff is always friendly and professional. The 25% military/veteran discount doesn’t hurt. There are oil change vendors that are more convenient, but I always get the best service here.

They got me right in for a tire rotation (after I'd jumped through hoops at other places with no luck). Great customer service. Nice waiting area/lobby. Would recommend.

I’m from out of state Boston, Massachusetts. I’ve come to this Jiffy Lube for my stepmother’s car and from mine. I’m driving back up to Boston November 4 and decided to get an oil change and was greeted warmly by Luffy Ren and the guy below who I’ll call stimpy… Get it? “Ren&Stimpy”
I have to give Ren and Luffy the highest of Mark’s. Jiffy Lube off signal Mountain Road did an excellent job hiring great representatives of the company in this area.
Both receive Not just five stars, but six a Hardy handshake and high-fives.

I went to get my brakes changed with the brakes already purchased and they tried to tell me It was their policy to also replace rotors with brakes. Even though the rotors arent bad and they didn't even look at my car. I think they think just because I'm a women I'm stupid.

I had a great experience getting an oil change. Kurt was very professional and kind when communicating with me about my car. He confirmed all additional
charges with me before doing so and was very upfront and honest. He provided me with good service recommendations and even found an unknown nail lodged in my tire. I enjoyed the waiting area which smelled nice and had hot chocolate and water.
