I went to the First Friday Food event and was surprised. I selected a few vendors to try and I wasn't disappointed. The Phili steak was different but good. I also had a baked potato that melted in my mouth. Next time I will get there early before some of the vendors run out of food.

Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga is powered by Launch Inc. We are a non profit kitchen incubator located in Chattanooga, Tn. We service new and existing startups and offer space for our department of health members and department of Agriculture manufactured goods. Space is rented on a monthly basis and requires membership. We are a licensed food truck commissary by the Hamilton County Health Department.
