Ive lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem. The office staff is great. Especially Jennifer. She has been a godsend to me in numerous ways. The maintenance team is also great. They are always on top of everything and very nice and respectful. I highly recommend living here if you can. You won't regret it.

I'm currently trying to rent an apartment at The Hills at Oakwood and I've had nothing but great interactions with everyone. I've been helped by Marla C and she has been great. She is really nice and she's led me step by step through this process. I really hope I get the apartment!
