Alysha is absolutely wonderful !! She's super sweet and gives great customer service. Not only that but she SLAYS brows. I'm usually picky and skeptical whenever I try a new brow stylist but her attention to detail is on point and she really takes care of you and your brows as if they were her own. 10000% recommend.

Just had my eyebrows done today by Tonya. Before I walked out a customer told my eyebrows looked really good! She loved them! So did I!! They were fabulous! Thank you Tonya!

I am super impressed by this brow bar! I called and was able to get a same day appointment with Tonya. Multiple employees greeted me as I walked in the store. Tonya was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My brows came out perfect! I will be back very soon.

They do the same as all the other benefit brow bars, but they have awful customer service. It'll take you forever to get an appointment. You'll be on the phone forever between hang ups from their end, waiting for someone to pick up (no hold music makes it seem even longer), and calling back after being on hold for 10 minutes. If you come in to try to make an appointment, if they're with a client, they won't even acknowledge your presence. And once you have to bring attention to yourself to simply ask a question, they act annoyed and like they don't have time for you! They really need to work on their customer service skills. I've given them many tries, 3 different girls, and it's just not something I want to continue trying, hoping it might get better. There are other people around who do brow mapping and have way better customer service skills. 👎

If you go here to get your brows, you must go to Tonya. She is fantastic! It will be slightly pricier to get your brows done here compared to a nail salon, but it's well worth it. Your brows will look fantastic.

Tonya did an awesome job on my eyebrows! I had been trying desperately to find somewhere to get them done and out of desperation had gone to the threaders at the mall. She completely cleaned up the mess they left behind and did a beautiful job styling them!

Literally the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I have lived in a lot of states, and I've always used Benefit brow bars.. this one is hands down the worst. The girl who did my brows looked bothered to even have a client. "Hmmm ok.. sit down.. write your name and sign " wax "k thanks bye" the end. Super snotty. I'm not one to write a review like this but it was absurd.

I've moved around so I've had multiple places doing my brows. I'm particular about them so I let them grow out and decided to come to the brow bar. I'm incredibly happy i did. Felicia explained how they map your brows for your face and did a great job, really looking forward to the next time i go! So happy i found my place and my girl!

I love Tonya at the Brow bar. She is awesome. I get my brows down there every time. She is wonderful. I love the experience and how they take time to teach as well. Only thing I hate are those seats they have that are made for the no bootie woman. I can be forgiving but please upgrade the seats.

I've been getting my eyebrows done here for almost a year, and I've never been disappointed. After the first appointment, I was stoked bc I knew I had found the place that would help me get my eyebrows back into shape. Dani and Felicia are the cats meow and have helped me achieve brows that I don't even have to fill in to feel confident with. They "face map" your brows and basically stencil them to show you and talk about what they'll be taking off (which is a relief in itself bc no one has ever asked, just started waxing) and let you know which spots need to grow in etc. Getting waxed here has been great, but Dani recommended that I start tinting as well bc my hair isn't consistently the same color. I'm so glad I listened to her bc it has been a game changer and she always picks the perfect tone! All of the girls at the Brow Bar are a hoot and I love my time spent there. They aren't just there to get you in and out, they spend time on you and get to know the clients. It feels more like a visit with friends who have a plethora of beauty knowledge than a quick business transaction. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get the brows they want

I went to Ulta's brow bar Sunday November 2nd to have my brows tinted and waxed ( which I have done many times prior ) The woman who did my brows , waxed at least four times including my eyelids. My eyelids weeped all night. Tuesday I had scabs on my eyelids. I called Ulta's district office because there was no manager available at the location I went to. The district office said, they had no one available to speak with me however I would be called back within 48 hours ( THIS NEVER HAPPENED ) a lady called me back from the local store on Wednesday evening and told me, She was sorry it happened and they would put "MY" money on a gift card so I can return and have it done again. I will not shop Ulta's again not because of what happened but because if the lack of concern for a customer who was injured in their store. I have documented pictures and also told the lady I called, I would be glad to return to the store so they could see the damage done.
