“What a great experience! The office staff was kind and knowledgeable about the products they sell (Willow was great!). Our driver was prompt, courteous, and was able to place the product exactly where we wanted (Thanks Dierk!). The topsoil was sifted, clean, and dry. No waste. Highly recommended.”

Seriously though, I've had some amazing experiences at Home Depot. The employees are always willing to lend a helping hand (or a strong arm to carry my heavy purchases). And let's be real, who doesn't love a good "hammer time" joke from a handsome helper?
But in all seriousness, the staff at HD are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. They're like the ultimate DIY wingmen - they've got my back (and my project) covered.
Of course, there are some areas for improvement. The checkout lines can be a bit of a "screw-up" (sorry, had to!), and don't even get me started on the parking lot - it's like they want me to "drill" into another car.
All joking aside, Home Depot is my go-to for all things DIY. And if I happen to get a little "screwed up" in the process, well, that's just a bonus.”

“This is one of my favorite places in Ooltewah. Their flower and spring vegetable selection is great and their plants are always healthy. We recently had soil delivered to our home for our garden and we are extremely pleased with the service as well as the product. Nice people.”
