Jacob is a real good manager. The complex is real good and is clean and quiet. Here everybody is friendly.

I love my apartment very much. Jacob is the most conscientious human being I know. He cares about us, the Spring Green residents, he has a heart and works diligently and hard to make our existence here, as pleasant as possible.
