I had an excellent experience moving into this storage facility! The entire process was quick, simple, and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and walked me through everything step by step, making sure I had the right size unit for my needs. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and very secure, which gives me total peace of mind about leaving my belongings here. I really appreciate how organized and professional everything was from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable storage solution!

I am not very pleased with this facilities professionalism at all I paid three payments in a 35 day. I had made my payment on June 29 then they sent me a bill on July 7 or sixth that I had not paid my bill and they added a late fee. I was confused and at work and thought maybe I had forgot it. I paid the bill again instantly with my card over the phone app after getting off work I realize I had paid the bill. I called them to clear this up. They said they needed to meet to make bring records to the office. I work 50 miles from the place. I had to take a half a days off work. I lost $42 an hour for three hours that day +2 hours of overtime. I also lost my $150 a day Perdiem to go to the bank and get the records that showed I had made three payments and a 35 day. I have been told everything‘s fine it’s all cleared up. Don’t worry about it. Will put it back on your card or work it out and rent one way or the other I told him that’s fine with me. I just wanted it straightened out, now it is August they are asking me to bring the records back to the facility again to prove again that I have paid this or not they made copies of my records now they’re asking me to lose another half a days pay another $150 this is getting very expensive and I’m not very pleased with these people at all
