This morning I realized that I didn’t have an insurance card for one of our vehicles on our policy. I immediately call Cindy and within a few minutes she had me a card and made sure we had what we needed. This is the kind of service this agency provides always to its customers. Thanks again Cindy

Cindy was extremely nice and very helpful in getting the insurance for my cars with State Farms, I've been their customer for years in past and Cindy made me feel extremely welcomed when I decided to return again this time. She was very kind and patient with all the questions and takes her time to customize the product and service according to the needs. I hope she gives me a good quote on the home as well so I can transfer that one too with State Farms.

I recently switched from All State to State Farm. I had a lovely experience with Cindy Zamora. She was very thorough, patient and extremely helpful. She called me exactly at the time she told me she would call which is what professionals do. I had very little buyers' remorse after I hung up with her. I highly recommend her and the Joe Sarrio agency: they pursued me relentlessly (Well done Olivia!) and lured me back with the better offer. That is what I look for from my agent.

I’ve had car insurance since I was 19, and I’m almost 30 now. Out of every company I’ve dealt with, this State Farm agency—owned by Joe Sarrio—has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
My assigned agent was Christopher Wade. Once he got me into a policy, he completely disappeared. I sent multiple emails asking for a breakdown of charges and clear communication, and received no response. The only time he replied was when I said I planned to cancel.
When I officially canceled, I told him directly: Let me know what I need to pay, because after that day, I wasn’t sending another dime. I meant that—and I have the email documentation to back it up.
The first time I was hit with a surprise $400 bill, I was told Joe Sarrio would reach out to fix it. He never called. No one followed up. I let it go.
Now here we are again—another $400 bill, with no communication, no explanation, and no responsibility taken by the agency. I’ve made every effort to work with them, ask questions, and resolve things respectfully. All of it has been ignored.
This agency is completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and disorganized. They do not value their customers, and it’s clear they only care about collecting money—not actually providing service or support.
I truly have no idea how this agency has good reviews. It must be from family and friends, because my experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, do not work with Christopher Wade or Joe Sarrio’s State Farm office. Go to any other agency that actually knows how to treat people with respect.

Sending numerous thanks to Wayne Smith the state Farm agent . He was understanding of my needs, kind with his choice of words in response to my questions. Patient to repeat what I did not hear or understand and overall helpful to what would work for me.

I had a appointment at state farm in everyone treated me with so much respect I was asked if I needed a water 2 times in 5 minutes you don't get that everywhere the guy i talked to was name Joe he was amazing along with he staff yall keep up the good work it will take yall along ways
