This agency is sending me unsolicited quotes for a vehicle I sold in 2021, and another that I sold in 1999. The latter has never remotely been associated with the address these quotes are sent to.
If they're this sloppy when trying to drum up new business, they're unlikely to be as careful as they need to be with their customers' claims.
To the owner:
If you had sent generic marketing material, I wouldn't have noticed it.
If you'd sent accurate marketing material, I'd have noticed, but thrown it in recycling without a second thought.
But it takes effort to send marketing material based on information 26 years out of date.
That is sufficient knowledge of how you conduct business to write a review that is very clear that it is based entirely on this knowledge.
First impressions matter in business, and you made a very bad one. I wouldn't have thought a worse second impression was possible, but you've proven me wrong. Well done.

My experience as of late was extraordinary. My representative helped me by walking me through my plan and explaining everything to me that was easy for me to understand. she was patient and extremely kind. She was able to take care of me in no time and followed up with me afterwards. Thanks Allstate for being a great part of my life.

It's disappointing that we - with no accidents or claims of any type - ended up with a cost increase of $200/year in our auto insurance. I understand it's industry-wide, but maybe we need to look at how much the CEO/COO etc. are making. Maybe it's time to find a way to give your customers a break - and to let them know that Allstate is willing to shoulder some of the crushing rate hikes for their clients. Just a thought.I do appreciate the local agent reaching out to me to explain the cost increase and share that their own personal car insurance policies had increased as well. Great response from the local office.
