Great operation and friendly, helpful people. Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon trying to get my trailer and the gates wouldn’t open. Called their number, left a message and was called back in less than 5 minutes. Rep said electricity was off in the area and their backup batteries were not working for some reason but someone was on their way to open the gate for me. Less than 30 minutes later they opened the gate and I was able to leave with my trailer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would highly recommend this facility!

Found myself in a bit of a bind with storage needs for a higher end vehicle that I didn't have garage space for, during a transition between housing situations. A friend who was using VIP for their own RV storage needs, highly recommended them and I'm sure glad they did!
VIP Indoor Storage should be commended on a wonderful experience from beginning to end, in the 9 months that I required their services! The office staff was always accommodating and friendly and I have to give a special shout out to Justin, for literally going above and beyond to keep my car safe and secure. I felt 100% content at all times with having my vehicle in their possession as their facilities were as advertised - secure, climate controlled, clean and with all the amenities that one may need for a vehicle or boat.
If I ever have a similar situation, there is no question I will be utilizing their services again!

I highly recommend this company. They are reasonable & located in a safe area. I never had to worry about my vehicle being broken into & you can access the gate 24 hours a day. Their parking lot also has cameras to make you feel even more safe & the lot was always clean. I also used their sister location in cordova. Don’t hesitate to keep your property here. It will be in good hands.

I have been using VIP for many years now. They have always been very accommodating. Whether it was a drivable vehicle or not they have made off site storage a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone needing storage for large or small vehicles. Super clean facilities with needed accessories. Thanks for many years of storage.Trine

We were really excited about using this place for our new boat. The advertised extra security had us sold. Because the business takes your property out of the warehouse the night before and stores it in the open, yet gated courtyard before an early morning retrieval, I double checked with the girl who signed us up that there had never been any issues with theft or safety. She assured me "nothing had ever happened" because, "it is always super securely gated and monitored".We dropped our boat off Saturday, Sunday was a holiday and asked Monday for it to be put out for a Tues morn retrieval. When we got there early, before hours Tuesday morning, our boat was in the courtyard and the gate to it was WIDE open.Disappointed, my husband went to cancel our account and the (same) girl did nothing to own the issue or to even try to understand why he might feel irritated. Instead she made excuses about why the gate in this (super secure) facility was wide open (maintenance that wasn't disclosed) and that he was ridiculous to think his boat could have gotten stolen because "nothing has ever happened here". She went on to say that even if someone had taken it, they had cameras to catch that footage (as if that would stop the thief from leaving an unattended courtyard with our belongings). No apology. No owning that they were NOT super secure. No validation for why we might be upset about the lack of security they promised, and we were paying for. Nothing. Poor business ethics, my friends, and a bit short of that "outstanding customer service" you pride yourselves on.

Excellent place to store your rig. Super friendly folks. Water, ice, propane and dump station on site. Your rig is stored indoors away from the elements and all it takes is a phone call to have brought out the gated courtyard. When your done, just drop it back off in the courtyard and they will haul it back inside for you.
