Monique did a fantastic job on my hair. Even being the only one working and a packed house she kept smiling talked to everyone and kept a clean facility. She deserves a raise for handling it all on her own or even a promotion. She’s an amazing human being with customer service which is rare nowadays. ❤️ However the company Great Clips is over charging on haircuts and barely sends out coupons for returning customers. Love y’all and have been using you for over 15 years. Whoever the hateful woman was, visiting from another location, that was being very rude to my wife and kids and other customers this evening needs to find a new career. I get it if your busy, but if you lack patience and have a bad attitude, then you need to be out of the customer service field. Very irritated with how my wife was talked to in front of our kids. You have not lost my business by any means, but THAT needs to be addressed.

I called before I went to see if I needed an appointment the girl told. me No I could just walk-in. When I got there she asked did I have an appointment I told her no then she preceded to tell me that it would be at least 30 to 45 minute wait. I didn’t have that much time to wait so I just left.

Took my son for a trim. He is 15 and said the girl (Kayla) had a BIG attitude problem. I was nice so was my son. The trim looked good before we left after we ran into Walmart I saw several places that wasn’t touched. Asking my son he said she didn’t touch there after I told her I wanted it all trimmed. Just wow when we go back will not see her again

Staff is great. The AC was out and it was 87 degrees inside!!!! If they are going to work their staff in those conditions they should at least pay the ones able to work in that heat more per hour!Service: Haircut

I was in the area and decided to go get my hair cut at this location.I've been to two other locations and wasn't happy at all with my cut.I have naturally curly hair and I really need someone who knows how to deal with curls.There were two ladies working and I didn't have to wait long at all.The lady who cut mine was Cheyenne and she just happened to have curls too!She did a great job!I will probably continue to go a little bit out of my way to go to this location.Thank you, Cheyenne!

Rude was in the area decided I wanted a hair cut one the employees right off the ripp asked did I check in online told them no they said it was a 68 minute wait and as I left she said you should of checked in online
