Are you tired of the cranky worker at your local post office? Tired rude responses and judgment while trying to mail things or ask questions?Then Ditch USPS because this UPS store is the store for you!They have the best staff I’ve ever interacted with!When I called, I spoke to a guy named Ray. Helpful, patient, and friendly. Listened to what I had to say and helped me come up with a solution for the present I was sending.Once in store, I was assisted by a girl named Morgan. Extremely friendly and helpful. She was patient and helped me put my package together. She explained everything to me and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I will only be coming to this UPS from now on.

This review is for Morgan! She literally brighten up my day. That smile and spunk she brings to this location is rare now days. Everyone working in customer service seems to hate their job. NOT MORGAN,, SHE deserves something special from her boss. She is definitely a keeper! Thank you Morgan for helping me return my att modem. I've always had a good experience at this store with Amazon returns and notary services. I recently witnessed one of their employees (Ray) offer assistance to an older women during a storm. He helped steady her on her way to the car. I've found their staff to be friendly and professional.

Charged me extra after package was delivered - lied about box size and weight (charge lists a box an inch greater than they made me, 12lbs heavier than both I and the employee weighed it AND stated out loud next to me plus the employee he was training). They also charge exorbitant fees for a box, placing three items in said box, and a little bubble wrap ($15, $10, and $10 plus tax). I wanted to package and use my own bubble wrap but was told in order for them to make a box they had to package, which is predatory if you ask me. One of the employees was also incompetent with reading deminsions as I had to return a box that was much too small before shipment. Overall the worst experience I've had with shipping packages in my life.I have the package slip/receipt to prove this. If the charge issue is with UPS instead of the ups store, then the ups store should do what's needed to resolve that issue.

I had 10-15 Amazon returns today and was nervous to annoy whatever employee had to help me. Ray helped me with my boxes and made the entire process easy and assured me we’d get this done quick and easy. Great experience! Love coming to this store.

I had to mail some documents overnight and walked in minutes before the deadline and Ray was wonderful! He was very quick, efficient and polite and kind and got the documents on their way while the driver was waiting on them. Thank you so much to The UPS Store, you all are great!!

The people here are such gems. I’ve been coming here (usually for Amazon returns) for 3 years and every single experience is so pleasant. Everyone who works here is kind and efficient, and they go out of their way to be friendly and make sure you feel taken care of. 10/10.

They were so nice, I called to say I was on a walker and the box going back to dish was heavy and big I didn’t think I could bring it in. The guy said call when you get here and I’ll come get and bring you a receipt. I appreciated it so much and he’ll never know what that meant to me. Thank you UPS!!

I always have a good experience here. All the staff are so nice and efficient. Even when the computer briefly went down after the guy had already typed everything in, he was still very calm and kind. They got it back up quickly and it had saved most everything so he didn't have to type it all a second time anyway.

Everyone that works here is always so helpful and works as fast as possible. Even when it's ridiculously busy and they're understaffed (as most places are) they really take it seriously to be as efficient as possible. I'm continually impressed by their service under any circumstance.
