Still owed money from when I worked on January 18th. Had to call the state to file a claim. If I have to take this to court it won't be good for UPS. A multi-billion dollar company that won't pay their employees. I have witnesses that stated I worked that day, my phones GPS shows I was at the UPS location on the 18th and I have text messages from supervisor telling me what time to come in on January 18th. I dont think a judge will be happy that I have to take UPS to civil court to get 1 days wage that I am owed.

Terrible, despicable customer service. My young nephew paid for insurance because he shipped something with high value and then when it arrives in a crushed box with the item cracked you would expect the insurance to cover it. But no. Then the employees were rude to him about it and won't resolve the issue. Giving 2 stars because the delivery driver was nice and apologized for the condition for the box and told me he hopes everything is okay inside. The people at the customer service office will never get our families business again.

Our driver used to be more courteous and handled packages better. He used to leave them between our garage doors too, which we liked. Now he tosses them onto our front porch. A box yesterday was marked fragile in six places and he underhand tossed it onto the porch while on the phone. I was so worried all day that what was inside was going to be destroyed, it was a custom order I had waited a month for. I completely understand these guys are busy but holy cow. I can’t post video here, so I took screenshots. This is just the latest incident. He did this last week as well with 2 other packages, one marked fragile as well. I have tried to call, and emailed UPS but the email came back as it was an unmonitored account.

PLEASE have the drivers to check GPS like Google Maps instead of just leaving a package, especially the SATURDAY drivers who don’t regularly deliver. I’m so tired of missing packages and having to go to my neighbor’s homes to look for them. There’s no place to let them know either. Very frustrating.

This is still overall for the UPS call line, that makes me want to stop living in a world where it is acceptable to be that stupid and useless. Be fun to know how to contact you guys. Even an operator on the UPS line, can't get a phone number to the store...

The staff at this location is always very friendly and extremely helpful. There are normally no lines.You can get right in and right out. That's was my first time using their no label return process. She was able to scan a code off of my phone print a return label place it on the package and give me a receipt Send Me On My Way.

Lost my Amazon Prime package, did not practice good communication with both myself ( the customer ) and within their own team members on location, did not communicate with me within the last 6 days that my package has been lost at this location. In fact my package is still lost there. And yet, they're closed more often than they're open it seems. And calling them? Well, I still haven't reached anyone but an automated UPS recording that leads me in a circle right back to tracking my package to this location. In short, VERY poor customer service and overall a bad example of a shipping/receiving facility. I've never experienced bad results with UPS in the past. More than likely it is just poorly trained management/associates at this location. If I could give less than one star as a rating, I would.

Terrible experience other than the fact that the lady up front is nice. We were expecting a computer on tuesday and because of weather conditions they couldnt deliver our package. We decided to come pick up the package and they called saying give them 30 minutes to find it. We came in an hour later and they told us they couldnt find it and to come back tomorrow. We came back at 3 and they still couldnt find it so they said they would call by 6 when they had it. At 530pm, my husband drove there and they still hadnt found it. I dont think they did anything. Then they told us to come back tomorrow and itll be there. They werent even going to call saying it was still missing. Another guy was in there with a package lost for 11 days... Im not hopeful for tomorrow. We didnt choose to use them, but if you are thinking about it. Dont.
