Food City is a locally owned, community focused grocery store providing excellent customer service and great prices. The service is friendly and excellent, with staff described as tremendous, caring, and helpful, making customers feel welcome. The store has a nice selection of prepared food, quality looking meats, and a nice selection of wines. It offers conveniences like a pharmacy, with an awesome pharmacist and tech, and a Starbucks. The store had everything one customer needed. While some items may not be on sale, the overall prices are great, especially when using the store's discount card at checkout. Customers report being surprisingly impressed and plan to visit again, with one noting it is a reason to want to retire in the area. My wife does the shopping and I wanted some ribs. She got some and they were so different from the ones you once had. They were touch as leather and not very good. You should return to the kind you did have. Also there is hardly any diet dr wow sodas. There are the best. Would appreciate your having the back on the shelf.... read full comment
