All these negative reviews are due to here-say that brought out the racists. Profit Market is awesome. They sell so many different types or fuel, including off-road diesel and 110, which isn’t common in our area. The food is super tasty, too! I love their chicken biscuit sandwiches. Sometimes I even buy extras to take home and reheat in my air fryer the next day. 5 stars is well deserved.

You are warned...Sadly this place has gone down hill with these newer owners. I've gotten the 8 piece Broasted Chicken meal, with potato wedges and biscuits in the past and they were all made fresh right then and there. Now they might make the chicken fresh if they don't have any sitting around but the potato wedges and biscuits are behind a case that they say are fresh but surely were not. Last time I went there they made the chicken fresh because I asked as I didn't want the chicken that was sitting in the case. However they didn't want to make the potato wedges and biscuits fresh because they already had them in the case (like the chicken) but they said they were just made. I got home and the chicken was small and not super great. The potato wedges and biscuits that were from the case were definitely not fresh and they were inedible. The biscuit was so old that it was like a rock! See video. Unacceptable and I will not be going back.

8 piece chicken dinner. You get 4? wedges and 1/2 cup? of bake beans. You do get 4 biscuits. But not sure how you feed a family on that. Chicken livers burnt. So sad. Was the best in the past. ??

IDK about the store but do NOT buy gas here, it's way more expensive than the gas that's a short drive away in downtown Crossville. Bucees ethanol free 87 is CHEAPER than this stations regular 87!

There signs for gas said 3.35 but once I put card in pump and shows 3.89. Everything is over priced especially diesel. And not great customer service

I can not express my gratitude for the Proffitt’s enough today. I got in at 3am this morning after a 30+ hour drive from Phoenix to spend one last Thanksgiving with my mother who isn’t doing well. My dad said all they had to eat was leftover pizza so we looked up Proffitt’s and saw their generous offer for a homemade holiday meal. And it was some of the best turkey dinner I’ve ever had! Proffitt’s, please know that you made a huge difference to my family and I today. Our memories will be different…better….because of you
