“I wanted to thank the lovely people at I Go Tokyo! We had bought a plate from them for my son last year, but I accidentally broke it the other day and it was his favorite plate. Their website didn't have the plate anymore, but after we called them, they only had 2 plates left in stock. They kindly wrapped up both plates for us to buy and even added a pack of kids washcloths for free! They were so wonderful and that was a great display of customer service! They've got a cute set up downtown and I highly recommend giving them a visit!”
“Can you say tchotchkes? Some here, some there, they are everywhere! The ladies that work in the store are top notch members of the business community in Chattanooga. They would NEVER unreasonably put three 1 star reviews on a company they have never done business with, or threaten their neighbors.”

A large collection of books for all ages. They have all kinds of crafting classes. We will definitely be back to shop again. Rate 10 outa 10! Super sweet customer service.”

“This location has friendly staff, is clean & has complimentary coffee while you shop. We LOVE their quality furniture & have been customers since 2007 for Lubbock, TX location. We purchased from Chattanooga store back in 2021 & everything was great!! We came back recently & Chad was friendly, VERY knowledgeable & we didn't feel pressured to buy or rushed in any way. We have worked with him several times (driving from Atlanta so we wanted to make sure before buying) & he's been consistently kind, patient & professional. This is my kind of shopping experience!!”

“It's Christmas Eve and my sister-in-law, who loves Christmas more than anyone I know, is very sick and unable to be around family for the holiday. While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?!
