“We chose Chattanooga Granite & Marble for all of our countertops when building our home. They had options that we loved in a price that we could afford. But what really sold us was the genuine kindness, work ethic and attentiveness to our needs that Cheryl demonstrated when working with us.
She walked around their yard with us more than once and tirelessly searched in the heat of summer until we found the stones that we loved. They had a great selection of remnants to choose from. Cheryl was kind, personable, professional and worked very hard to locate beautiful options within our budget. Karla, the owner, was willing to price a remnant within our price range. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the different types of stone and how to care for them.
We did have some hiccups when it came to measurements with the kitchen and quality control of one vanity countertop. Cheryl was quick to respond and work to resolve the issues. She involved Karla as well and they came out to inspect it in person, which we really appreciated. Through compromise on both sides, we reached a solution. The countertops look amazing and I have received several compliments on them already.
Bottom line was that though everything didn't go as planned, they were willing to work hard for our business, creatively problem-solve and show kindness and care in the way that they handled it. You can tell that relationship is valued. Most of those that we dealt with were very personable and were working hard to do their jobs and please their customer.”

“Okay cashiers nearby were nice the store really didn't have half of what it advertised coming to find out that the flyer that they send out is Nationwide is not local so everything I actually went looking for wasn't there they said they had another truck in the back but you know that's six and one or half a dozen of the other so it's a hit or miss whenever you go into place you can't really call ahead most people don't know where anything's at signs are posted above head but they don't tell you a whole lot just just plan on spending some time in there if you're really looking for something thank you”

Been doing some pressure washing at ChattState and needed a couple of items for a quick repair!I have never been to any of these Ferguson locations, glad I stopped in, they have a huge selection in their plumbing section, building wise, they have a huge building that's broken down, Plumbing, Lighting, HVAC, and so on! “We needed cabinets for our entire house and shopped around before landing at Hitson. From the first time I spoke with Kristin, I knew this is where we wanted our cabinetry from.
Kristin and Abbey took so much time discussing color options with us and got our design absolutely perfect. We did change things around quite a bit and there was never one time where they seemed frustrated with us, which I was thankful for.
The cabinets are stunning, and craftsmanship is top notch!
We did run into an issue with our hood not fitting in the into the cabinet, they fixed it and everything looks flawless. Chris was our installer and he did a fantastic job. He took tons of time getting all the small details right. Gary personally called me a few weeks after install was complete just to make sure we were totally happy with everything, and I did appreciate that. We would recommend Hitson to anyone looking for cabinetry!”

“If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, I’m not sure what to tell you. This place is absolutely massive, have everything you’re looking for and more, and the prices on everything are so much cheaper than anywhere else. It is in kind of a not ideal area, but it’s worth it.”
