I’ve had great experiences here. It has an old time bank feel where people remember your name and I can get many special requests done via email and the phone. Experience with accounts at larger banks has led me to moving almost all my banking to Renasant. CJ, the branch manager is absolutely amazing.

This bank is so incredibly disorganized. If you want to talk to someone about your home loan or HELOC, you literally have to talk to the exact loan officer you worked with. Poor customer service and poor online banking platform..

Pretty awful, rude, short, cold group of people. Not sure how they managed to employ 3 of the exact same type of person in one business. So glad I don’t bank with them.

GREAT experience! Jake Stribling was able to get our mortgage done in record time after another lender made a mistake and failed. I'm in the business and was very pleased with the process! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Their portfolio loans are very reasonable!

There are different departments of Renasant Bank. The mortgage division is great. Terrific rates and no hidden fees.

I'm a real estate agent & have referred many clients as well as mortgaged my home through Renasant Bank. This is my #1 choice if lenders due to great service combined with low rates & fees & on-time closings. Other agents in my Remax office also refer clients to Julia Wilson and Heath Albritton & also now use them as #1 lender. They will explain process to new buyers & gently walk them through the process. Highly recommend!!

Recently had the need to open a new bank account closer to where I'm at many days of the week, so I picked this bank solely on its location, and wasn't expecting anything stellar. But I must say, I was terribly impressed with those employees I met, and the wide variety of services offered. This branch may appear small, as it's on the end corner of a strip mall, and what it lacks in square footage it makes up for with unbelievable staff! I'd had a pretty tough day, and arrived around thirty minutes before closing. I was immediately greeted by Lindsey, who patiently listened to me as I rattled on about what I looked for and needed in a bank account, though I'm sure she struggled at times understanding me because of my speech difficulties after a minor stroke. EVERYONE needs someone like her when they are changing banks, opening accounts, or just trying to conduct bank business! Because of my lengthy conversations with her during the account opening, the branch closing time came and went, and NOT ONE employee within the branch even hinted or acted like it was past closing! It wasn't until I got into my vehicle that I noticed I'd been in there almost an HOUR!! (Most of that time was consumed by my just blabbering on and on) I also had the pleasure of meeting Bobby, one of the bank's V.P.s. He was warm, engaging, and asked me to request him personally, if I ever had a need or problem. Quite impressive, and not like any banking experience I've had to date. And though this branch may unknowingly be the gold star of Renasant Bank, their services and products are top notch as well. I had the need for help setting up my online banking ID, and called the support line, and spoke with a gentleman who quickly assisted me and was pleasant at the SAME time! Not to mention, he wasn't working from some offshore call center, and he wasn't hard to understand either! Their banking app offers everything an app/online banking customer could want. Mobile check deposit, ability to do bill pay, check account activity, etc etc etc. I'm glad I found this bank, and gave them a chance to be my new bankers. I look forward to years of banking with them. And I believe that if were to give them a chance to be YOUR bankers, you'd find my review to be a description of your own experience!
