I don't take prescriptions and therefore don't have a regular pharmacist/pharmacy I use. So when I was having dental surgery I dropped my prescription off at my neighborhood Publix because it was most convenient for me as I shop there. I thought nothing of it. But when I came back to pick up my order I was not prepared for the hostility and suspicion I was greeted with. The young lady behind the counter was very rude and I got a very unnecessary lecture about the danger of opioids. I tried to tell her I was having dental surgery, but she just looked at me like; "Yea, right." I was beyond embarrassed and got out of there as quick as possible. This is my neighborhood store; what if one of my neighbors saw that?Then after my surgery I only ended up needing a couple of the tablets so I tried to take the extras back for proper disposal. I got a whole lecture from this staff about the dangers of opioids when I picked them up and then when I try to return the unused portion for proper disposal I'm met yet again with unnecessary rudeness and embarrassment. The woman behind the counter looked at me like I had lost my mind for asking for their help in disposing of the same medication they lectured me on when I picked them up.Pick a side Publix. You can't publicly shame customers for being prescribed controlled pain medications and then shame them again for trying to return them for proper disposal.

Never have online orders ready even giving them more time than stated on receipt, this is not a time thing, it’s been at least 4-5 times.

Pharmacy would not provide a COVID booster shot based on possessing digital documentation of previous vaccinations. Made the appointment on their website and was denied vaccination upon arrival. My suggestion for Publix pharmacy is to update their vaccination requirements on their scheduling website. Taking the time out of work to schedule the appointment only to be denied vaccination based on physical evidence, in my opinion, is poor practice. In a time whereby COVID vaccination is the goal of the CDC, to be rejected for the booster is not good business practice.

Prescription on back order at another pharmacy for two days so called Publix and they had it …they called and got it transferred within 15 min!!! Then not only did I get a text but the lady also called me to tell me it was ready since she knew I was really worried and it was an antibiotic…Great customer service!!!!

Shelby is a worker in this Publix that goes above and beyond. I was in there multiple times today for different reasons and each time I needed help she came right over and was extremely helpful and a very pleasant attitude

Staff are awesome. Will help when You need it. Also ALWAYS walks you out to car when you are using a motorized cart to get through the store! The store is always organized and clean.

Today was my grandson's 5th birthday. He carefully chose his cake and decided he wanted a themed cake from Publix. I stopped by after work to get the cake before going home. To my shock, the cake was a mess. The person, who decorated the cake obviously messed up in the spelling of "BIRTHDAY" and tried to remove the word. Instead, smeared icing and instead of correcting THEIR problem, attempted to pass their problem on to me. I ask the gentleman in the bakery did he see a prob
