This was a really neat area with lots of unique shops to choose from. Also, special treat places too (coffee shop, ice cream, restaurant and music)! Wish we would have had more time to look around but what we did have time to see was fun.

Public bathrooms are disgusting. Only 2 stalls and they were so dirty. No where to hang a purse or jacket and I felt the sink area would make my hands dirtier if I used it. Come on Gatlinburg you should do better if this is the only option.

I enjoyed walking around looking at all the Christmas deco! Cute little area that everyone should visit!

I had higher expectations for it being a "mall" than it was. The shops were ok, but some of the shop owners were a bit rude, for being a touristy town.
