This place used to be a busy mall full of shoppers and interesting stores— Now most of the stores are gimmicky and full of cheap products. We visited in November and half of the shops were closed and the other half stocked irrelevant products. We were also of maybe 10 other people inside— The place felt dead.

This is a must visit if you are visiting Gatlinburg for the first time! There are so many amazing shops here and the atmosphere is breathtaking!

Mall is neat place to visit. The memories store is cool to look through and has good prices. Visit Pepper Palace. They have free samples and all of it is made in Sevier Co. AVOID THE ARCADE! We paid to play the air hockey table. After it deducted the points off the card, there was no hockey puck. No one around to help and when we called the number on the back of the card for help it was disconnected.

Love the village at Gatlinburg it's so beautiful and still holds the Gatlinburg charm unlike all the restaurants owned my country music stars and famous cooks trying to convert it to Nashville

Cute shops, split level, 2-3 stories high with an elevator, escalator, and stairs. Great designated rendezvous spot. There’s an arcade too on the top level all the way back. If you’re looking for doggie apparel, leather boots and accessories, or some killer hot sauce, you will find it here.

I've seen malls go out of business and this seemed eerily close. About half the places were open, mind you that there were fullly stocked stores there, just closed. Bathrooms only top floor. The only reason there is 2 stars is for the variety of stores. Probably would have been better if they were all open.

Small mall with a few shops. It was comfortable to walk through. It was a nice little detour but I wouldn't prioritize a visit here.

What a waste of our time to find this place.
Nothing like the reviews read before we decided to go here.
Off a major road, parking cost $20 from what we saw, less a little at another lot. But we didn’t stop, this is not a mall along a country road, this is a mall in a major tourist stop in Gatlinburg, very busy and slow slow traffic cause of lights.
We ended up leaving without even trying to stop, over crowded and not our scene.
