There's a lot of bad reviews here but I had a pretty smooth delivery.. I checked in after 3:30p for my 1a appointment the following morning.. I received the call at 1:15a.. was in the dock and handed in my bills by 1:30a.. received the call to get my bills at 3:30a and was out of the gate by 3:45a.. yes I had a full load too 20 pallets of potatoes.. the security guard and the employees were very nice..

Start with the parking all along South Cartwright Street, trucks parking on both sides make it incredibly difficult for the two-way traffic. You can check in early for me it was 1530 for a 0230 appointment. Got a call for door at 0209 fully backed in door at 0244 Easy backing if you know how, LOL, many don't and the in house drivers "cardinal" whip around with no care for anyone else. Slow pricey lumpers- capstone. Restroom (male) was disgusting one bowl had several visits remaining-- unflushed! no paper of any kind!!! filth everywhere watched three employees come and go not one washing their hands. There was no heat either, but could feel the heat coming out of the ladies room. Hope to never have to come back.if info though I shall identify as female LMAO .let me say however Security was a pleasure to deal with, especially the young man I checked in with, efficient and knowledgeable.

Well,.....THIS IS A REALITY CHECK for real. I gave 1 star ONLY bc the security officers were so very nice.Arrived for a 230 am appointment EARLY, sat at the gate for 14 minutes before getting to the guard shack, only to be told they would call me when they got a door for me.So here I am an hour after my appointment time still sitting on the side of the road along with about 15 other trucks. Why is it these large companies are the ones with these issues as if they've no clue ?Welp, this is my Fair well tour for this location lol, one and done! Drivers you, just like me have been warned, pack a lunch and a 50lb bag of patience if you have to come to.this location.

checked in at 0200, 1115 right now and still not unloaded. Blames on the driver that he did not cooperate when the driver has been on the door since 0415. Not sure what cooperation they need from the driver, give them a massage? Do not waste your time here, rather just stay empty for the day if you don't find another load

One star is then they deserve. Not a care in the world for the drivers time.pack a lunch your going to need it. Multiple hrs waiting for them to unload. Stay away from this place.

Checked in at 7 p.m. appointment 2:30 a.m. lumper boss woke me up at 1230 am. On the door and checked in 1:34 AM. Unloading began at 7:30 a.m. empty by 830 am. Took an hour from my carrier to get me an Express code. Departed consignee at 930 a.m.. if your carrier does not paid detention, not a happy place. Check in as soon as you arrived in the area.

If your reading this take heed. Not a bad place, but you will be here a while. They wait till after 2 am to start getting us in. I got here at 5pm and was prepared for the b.s. of they way they do things here. They charge a lumper fee to get their product as well. I dont agree with any lumper fee. Capstone is one of the better ones though ill say that. I finally get a dock 2 hours after my appointment. Bump dock and giy says itll be at least 2 more hours. So, read google reviews as i do so you can be prepared.

This place is a joke when it comes to unloading trucks. I've been here for 10hrs waiting to get finished unloaded. There is no way it should have to take this long. Maybe they need to hire more people so they can get finished faster.

Showed up a day before my appointment, there's a turn around behind the place so you can park on the side to wait. Got lucky and unloaded soon after I checked in when a door got open. Unloading time is like any place depending on how much things they have to count. Definitely would come back. Plenty of room to get in a door

I'm not sure what everybody is whining about. I showed up the night before and parked on the street worried that I was going to be here for a full day and that was not the case at all. At 3:00 a.m. I drove down to the guard shack to check in for my 4:00 a.m. appointment and was immediately sent to a door. 3 hours after my appointment time I was rolling out the gate. 3 hours is definitely not ideal but certainly not the worst thing in the world either for a grocery distributor. Overall, not bad.

Pulled in at 01:30 for a 02:30 appointment. Sign says stay in your truck. I did, not one person came out of the guard shake, they stayed on there phones. I had to break the rules and knock on there door, to be greeted by the a rude lazy guy, then told I'll call you with a door and was told to go back out of the gate and to go find parking. Finally in a door at 05:30, started unloading at 05:44. Green light at 05:55. Paperwork at 06:47. When you get a call for door just drive straight passed guards to you door, break seal, open doors, back in and take paperwork to door 21, capstone lumper. Plenty of room to get into door.

So I booked the load without looking into how bad this place is. Yes the reviews on here are correct, seems like appointments don't matter. I winged it and got here a day early, just liked the reviews already said on here. Expect to be here for a minimum of 4-6hours. Not sure if I was a work in because the truck in front of me had an appointment and we checked in together and left about the same time. Took me 4 hrs... On this day the guard shack girls were very nice to me.

Unable to place zero stars, worst experience for delivery, appointment was set for 5-30am, check in 8 hours early and now 11 am still on the door.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars, they take FOREVER to get you in and you will be waiting for HOURS. Good luck getting in and out, especially when you have an appointment time to be here for, absolutely no consideration for driver's time. There's also an expensive lumper fee.

Worst of the worst. Drivers get ready to spend 8-10 hours here. Check in and the gate told I would get a call. 4 hours after appointment time get call for a door. Take paperwork to Cornerstone. 2 hours to get unloaded and get lumper fee. 3 hours for paperwork! They might take the trophy from Lineage here.
