Wow things have dramatically changed at this branch. From being welcoming and friendly to not being able to complete the simplest of tasks. In my opinion this bank does not tell the truth. Extremely disrespectful. Today I had to actually get the branch managers boss to complete a simple wire transfer. Truth is everything to me when I’m banking with you. They have lost all of my trust. Consumer beware!

Young Women Beware!!Ever since bank managers have changed this branch has been awful! They will not take you seriously if you are a women or are a younger person. As a young women I received constant belittlement, had commands barked at me like a dog, and was cut off multiple times. My word and opinion was not weighed as a co owner of a joint account as it should have been. This branch is filled with a sick and unwelcoming boomer-mentality, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and pushed around. As a younger women, I did not feel welcome nor safe into the business world by this branch. I will be moving all of my several accounts to a different bank that supports, listens and treats women with the respect they deserve.

TLDR: They don't care about ya at all - I was banking with them for over 12 years and was moving out of state thus I had to change banks. I went in to withdraw my money & close the account, however, I couldn't close out my account due to pending charges and was assured that there would be no way I would overdraft after pulling the majority of my funds.Long story short, that wasn't the case and I DID overdraft which then accumulated overdraft fees. I called to see if I could pay the difference of what was charged but get these fees waived since I was promised this wouldn't happen & had never overdraft before. I was told simply no. The only time they would waive fees is if the bank was at fault, yet this wasn't the case? 15 years and not even an attempt to help me after their mistake.Loved Renasant for a long time, but this was the worst way for a long time customer to leave. Ever since they changed locations, I do not recommend at all.

Called today about 5 mins before they closed and told them I was just a couple mins away and please don’t close… the lady on the phone told us to come on they would wait. Only to pull up and the doors be locked. Should have just told us no and that you was closing

Absolutely love this bank. Been a member for over 13 years out of Collierville, Tn. So glad they have grown & are in other areas & states. I travel & have family in Nashville, too. On my way to Nashville believe I lost my debit card. Called while driving ( hands free) & was immediately connected to a live person in the USA. Called my banker in Collierville & she canceled card & said I could go to a branch in Nashville to get a replacement quicker than waiting the 7 days. Showed up the next day in Goodletsville & the teller was so exceptionally nice( had granddaughter asleep in car). They made my card & brought it out to me you dont get that service from the "bigger banks" ever.

Warning. Even when I provide a receipt to bank to prove a company refunded my money. The bank refuse to credit my account for an unauthorized charge. Watch your account & be careful using your card.

Their Friday extended hour is a joke because they close when most people are getting off work at 5 then you'd think oh well I'll just put my check in tomorrow morning. NOPE they are closed Saturday so you'll just have to use your lunch break on Monday to put your check in.

We have been with this bank for 16 almost 17 year's. We have had Nothing bad at all. If we ever had a problem it was Always taken care of with a quickness.. We are VERY HAPPY with the bank and all of the employees that have come and gone. I Miss Alot of my SPECIAL FRIENDS.. BUT IT'S AN EXCELLENT BANK for US!!!ðŸ‘😉😊💖

Brenda has went above and beyond to help me and is so kind and patient! I love this bank and I have had maybe had 1-2 issues that were immediately fixed over the past several years that I have banked with them. Everyone here provides exceptional customer service, I recommend this bank to everyone!
