Can't use pump with credit card. Requires PIN with all cards so it's a cash advance. I use to fill up and get the car wash. Have to find another station now.

Walked into this Tigermarket today, saw a customer with no mask carrying on a conversation with a cashier who had a mask but it was hanging off her neck. Why would I want to spend my money at a place that is willing to risk the health of its customers? Needless to say I turned around and walked out and took my money with me.\ \ You may not be able to completely control if your customers wear masks, though it didn't seem you were even trying, but you can make your employees wear masks, since you aren't even willing to do that I am not going to spend any money at your store and I hope others don't as well.

I was disappointed today when I went to get gas and a car wash. The pump didn’t offer a car wash so I went ahead and pumped my gas. I went in to see about a wash and the attendant explained, “It wasn’t working yesterday, but it does today.” She said we needed to authorize it on the equipment for it to show on the pump. Oops... not done. I could buy a wash, but she couldn’t discount the gas just pumped which is what the pump would do. She didn’t know how, so too bad for me. I asked if she could give a coupon for the future. No. I guess she knows nothing about customer service. Time to find a new place.

Worst service I've seen in a long time. Prepaid for $12 carwash and machine did not start. Manager said he would check it and be right out. Did not show up for 20 minutes

The worst customer service I've ever had . I don't care if it's a gas station or a restaurant. This guy tony left me extremely upset and I will be contacting corporate. If your so unhappy don't work somewhere where you interact with people.
