The pharmacy at Kroger on Main Street is very helpful, especially Jason and Walter! These 2 men are the people to go to if you have any questions or any problems. They should (and will try) to resolve any issues. They will also explain if you receive a new medication and how it will or how it should react with the current medication you are taking. I find this knowledge to be very helpful and very reassuring.

Patrice is the woman, most of the girls unfriendly. Seena is great also.

Everything well organized and many items to make different choices. Very spacious and clean all over. Also children friendly because of the open space for them to feel comfortable.

I stopped here for gas since I get a discount with my Kroger card. They have quite a few pumps, so I didn't have to wait. The gas station is in the same parking lot as the grocery store and the Kroger has a Starbucks.

The first of the week they told me a prescription would be ready to pick up on Saturday. Saturday we didn’t make it by within the pharmacy hours so I went first thing the next morning when they opened (10 AM). I pull up to the window, the guy asked “How can I help you”. I gave him name and DOB and he stood looking at the computer or whatever for one (1) full minute and he finally said they don’t have anything ready. I told him I was told it would be ready yesterday. In his lazy, drawn out speech he said “yeah…it’s not”, so we have to get it ready for you”. I asked how long is that and he said “we just opened it’s probably going to be about 30 minutes”. I went to the parking lot, waited, then returned to the window and was told by a different guy they were still working on it, give them about 15 minutes. On other occasions, no one would answer the phone. You walk in as you're calling and there's 6 or 8 there 'working' and no customers, but no one can answer a phone? They're not open that much during the day but now they have to be closed from 1:00 to 1:30 PM every day for a lunch break. I guess that's so that all 6 or 8 can eat at the same time?CHANGING EVERYTHING FOR ALL OF US TO WALMART.I know there's issues everywhere but at least there they have a different attitude, everything's always ready and...they have a better app.

Interviewed and got the job here only to be fired days later for being sick. I called in many hours in advance to let them know I wasn't going to be able to make it due to flu-like symptoms and the manager got very aggressive with me. The videos they show during training urged me not to come in while sick, especially during a pandemic. Be careful interacting with employees at this Kroger because they might have been forced to work while being sick. Not only did they fire me after one infraction, but they avoided my calls and only let me know after I called several times.

A terrible place to work, management is horrible! Store manager has ran off good employees and caters to the dead beats, please don't work here!

This is one of the best Kroger's in the area! We always make the longer drive to this location because their pharmacy drive through is still open and they keep their meat counter stocked always! This one has so many cool items you can't find anywhere else, and their brand Private Selection is absolutely amazing, their ice cream being the best! We will continue to make the drive to this Kroger as long as we live in Hendersonville

nothing but bad luck with this kroger : the most ghetto store in hendersonville. Today I waited like 30 mins trapped in the pharmacy drive through while a boomer was allowed to suck up everyone's time while we all waited for his prescription to be filled at the window. I finally weaseled out of line somehow and went inside to get it asking why it took so long, when some pothead teen told me I could go somewhere else next time while I hand him my money. The girl at the window gave me that christian southern scowl of hate sayin "she is nice to everyone". I have been in hendersonville for a year now and never say anything, but seriously is this a first world country? Desolate white trash and empty parking lot town with nothing but crotchety mean old people about? And this kroger would be it's city center since there isn't one. Seriously have you seen any benches for people, rain awnings at all, or public transport? or any life at all? No wonder that poor teenager smokes pot lol. Must be where all the antisocial and sociopaths move to, cause all the stuff Dolly sings about ain't here. Time to move but until then no more kroger.

Literally, every time I try to pick up my medication they never have it ready. They never fail to make you wait 20-30 minutes for something you have called in and should have been ready.
