It's Kroger, what more can I say? Only 4 stars because I am not happy about moving towards self checkout. I had a lot of items and only one cashier open with 5 people in line.Maybe they should give a discount for using self checkout?

I mean, I have to start with they have a charcuterie premade section!!!! It's got everything you would ever need in here. Flower selection is good.

Everything well organized and many items to make different choices. Very spacious and clean all over. Also children friendly because of the open space for them to feel comfortable.

I stopped here for gas since I get a discount with my Kroger card. They have quite a few pumps, so I didn't have to wait. The gas station is in the same parking lot as the grocery store and the Kroger has a Starbucks.

If i could give zero stars and just leave a report, i would . This store is incredibly racist, short-staffed, and the management is awful. Kroger used to be my store to do all my grocery shopping but i can’t even do that there anymore. There’s a bunch of rude kids working now and if you really want good customer service you’d might as well go to the Kroger in Gallatin.

Kroger has always been a great place to shop at it just depends on the location that you go to and the people that work there and the customers!!! The people that work there are really nice they will help you to find whatever that you need and the customers are pretty decent you'll never really find any like out of place customers there like I said it depends on the area! I would recommend going to this place if Walmart doesn't have what you're looking for or if any other grocery store don't really supply what you have then that's where Kroger really kicks in not only are they cheaper than Walmart but they do have stuff that other stores don't carry

Absolute s$^thole. Dirty, disorganized, small aisles, incompetent staff and management. They literally close their customer service desk randomly in the middle of the day, nobody around to help or provide any services. Publix across street is vastly superior. Avoid.

I do enjoy the Starbucks inside this Kroger.Everywhere is short staffed but at least the employees make up for it!!! It’s pumpkin flavored coffee time!!!! They have scones too! ?

We had a Kroger pickup scheduled for 1:30. They asked us to come at 3:30. We arrive at 3:30, and they’re really backed up. However, several cars come after us that get their items and leave. One spot had three cars come in and leave. We waited for over an hour and 45 minutes to get our pickup. Being backed up is one thing, but screwing up the order of pickups was so pathetic. We called, and had to say something to two different people before finally getting our items.

This store is so backwards and in no particular order. Nothing is easy to find in this particular Kroger. Also, there was very little milk to choose from, so weird for a Sunday night at around 9:00…
