Xavier at the gas pumps was on his phone, I stood there for 10 minutes he never looked up, told me to wait a second, nothing!! My son goes there today same thing wouldn't wait on him just ignoring customers, I tried to call the store manager I was on hold for 15- 20 minutes I hung up. What's going on?!!

I'm a hero! Went to get sea salt creamer (a Kroger brand). It was a day of looking everywhere. Nobody but this store had it. I was going to grab the last three. Checked the expiration date: Jan 14, 2023. Today is March 18! Ewwwww! I brought all three to cashier to tell them. They seemed less than enthusiastic. You're welcome for saving your life! CHECK THE EXPIRATION!

Grocery prices are decent even without coupons in most cases. Kristen at self checkout was very visibly playing on her phone and was very sassy to me when I needed computer help. If nothing else take her phone, we live in a time where that should not be tolerated by management.

Pretty good place to shop, the produce is usually a nice selection for it to be such a small store.I was in the produce section a few days ago and another customer was berating a woman that works in the pickup department (I guess? She was pushing one of those big blue carts around) because the deli wasn't open. Demanded to know why it was closed and then shook her finger at the woman when she didn't like the answer she got.I worked in retail for years. If you don't know, the people in any of those departments have no control over any other department. It's a shame to take out your frustration on someone who can't remedy your situation.

I took my 82 year old mother here to do grocery shopping on 11/18/2022, much to our surprise it was colder in the store than it was outside. This is so unacceptable for a company as large as Kroger . When I asked to speak to a manager he said they just came out and fixed the unit to which I replied does this feel fixed to you. I feel so sorry for the seniors patronizing this location. I will not be back.

I would give a zero if possible. The way I was treated by some blonde that was working the self check out today is not acceptable. I was checking out my purchase and became surrounded by two employees with the blonde stating her her her. When I ask what I had done the answer was nothing we just wanted to know if you needed help. Since when does any employee at kroger ask if you need help ....NEVER......I offered my receipt to show I had purchased all my goods.io They didn't want it. The blonde was very lucky....she went for back up. You dont treat people that way I just wanted my groceries and to leave. That Kroger had the most unfriendly employees I've every had the honor of dealing with.

Rude staff, this morning I was walking towards the entrance and I see a lady in a long sleeve black shirt and blonde hair walk up, pry the doors open, so I thought oh I guess their doors are broken so I walked in, she grabbed a shopping cart and proceeded to start prying open the second door when I say, “haha I guess we gotta open all the doors for ourselves” she then froze and started trying to say they weren’t open yet, but it came out in the most unprofessional/condescending way.Maybe employees shouldn’t be prying doors open like that and should be going in through the back like so many other businesses, if you don’t want me in there; lock the doors! All I did was make the mistake of showing up 10 mins early. I don’t mind that the store wasn’t open yet, I had no problem waiting, but she just made me want to go to a different store. It makes me sad. I love Kroger ☹️
