I have never had a complaint with Publix in Hendersonville,Tn. until today. PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE BOGOF CHICKEN AND BACON SANDWICH IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IN DELI OR DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PERSONEL TO OPERATE AND HAVE AN HOUR WAIT! Only once before did we buy this while shopping in the store, and we had to beg an employee to fix that time. I would like to give this store more business, but I don't think they want it!

I had the bakery make a Elsa princess dress cake for my grand daughters birthday. This cake was not only delicious but was gorgeous. I also want to add this was a crazy busy day when snow was in the forecast and one of the bakery chefs was the absolute sweetest. She acted as excited about making it as was about it. Thank you for your great service and making our little princess’s day special ❤️

One thing I love about the south is Publix!! Overall just a great grocery store. My favorite has to be the pub subs they taste so fresh and delicious. This location in particular has great staff and is so clean and organized. I love their bakery options as well. They have a huge parking lot as well.

This is the worst Publix I have been to. The only thing positive about this one is the pharmacy. They are amazing. The Gallatin Publix is superior in every way. We went tonight for deli meat at 8:20....they close at 9:00. They said they were closed because of being short staffed but there were 6 people back there cleaning. Their produce is usually rotten and I have gotten items there on multiple occasions that were expired. Go to Kroger across the street or the Publix in Gallatin...especially if you want a sandwich from the deli department because the one in Hendersonville is not great.

They need more help! I love this pharmacy and their pharmacy team goes above and beyond, but management needs to give them more help. To be honest, I'm tired of waiting - there are pharmacies that offer customer service thru proper staffing. Publix shouldn't look like Walgreens or CVS - we all know they don't care!

I am a Publix fan BUT have been really disappointed with the deli area. I have to say NOT because of the employees they are great. They are so so busy and do everything they can for their customers. I have been told there are new employees in the works and it is needed.

I just had the most wonderful experience in the deli this afternoon. The prepared Cuban sandwiches were all gone from the display case and I ask Dominique if they had anymore in the back. They were completely out so she made me a fresh one in the sandwich area exactly like it should be done. Thank you Dominique for being so helpful and sweet! You’re the reason shopping at Publix is a pleasure!

All around excellent grocery store experience! Everything was so clean and organized. Nothing was out of place. Shelves were properly stocked. Excellent produce selection everything very fresh. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The older fellas working the register were cool too. I just moved here from Texas and I grew up in Georgia. Best grocery experience in a very long time. Keep up the great work

I LOVE GOING TO PUBLIX!! Love the BOGOS and they sack your groceries and help you out with them!! Yes they are a little high! But it’s clean and very friendly!!
