Place was slammed busy but I finally broke down and went in to purchase tires I've needed for months... I paid they gave a precise time when truck would be done and said if I had errand to come back at 330 it's be done by 5. It's 445 and I'm driving out after an epic price match tremendous customer service and like discount always does... stands behind their products! Happy happy customer. Lobby customers came in after me and seem irritated but seriously, how quickly can some of these things be done?! Great work boys. Thank you. Quick and easy and a great prive

Nothing exciting about dealing with tire maintenance, but some places can make it a much better experience than others. Discount Tire is that place. Always well informed, they take the time to explain options and provide feedback so you can make an informed decision on something that keeps you safe everywhere you go: good tires. They have them here, and at the best price you'll find anywhere. Reliable, convenient and quick. They've been my go to tire place for over a decade and they continue to remain so with every return visit.

A real customer comparison (and lesson learned). After having been a long-time customer of Discount Tire, I ventured to Tire Discounters for new tires last winter. I made the change mainly due to their "free alignment with new tires". That trip was painless and is the only reason I give them two stars now. Fast forward to now . . . after having a flat tire, I went into Tire Discounters for repair. After waiting in a line 7 deep with one attendant working the front, I was told my car would be ready by noon. I waited until 2 and found my car still in the lot, untouched, when I arrived. The attendant working the front desk told me he would fix the tire and perform my rotate/balance himself, which he did; but, the next morning as I was trying to leave town to visit a relative on their deathbed, my tires were so shaky, I had no choice but to return to the store (they weren't answering their phone). The same one employee was working - dressed in shorts and a white undershirt - and informed me he was the ONLY one at the store and his ONLY tech wasn't due in until 9:00 (store opens at 8). He tried to call their 2nd local store to see if they could help (no answer at that store either). In tears of frustration, I left and decided to eat crow with Discount Tire and beg their help. Upon arrival at Discount Tire, I was met in front of the store by a professionally dressed young woman who got me checked in . . . I was almost immediately called to the counter by one of the professional FOUR gentlemen at the counter. After confessing my disloyalty, they explained it would be about a 2.5 hour wait but they would get me taken care of. I proceeded to ask them if it would harm my tires/car to drive as it was, as I needed to get to the hospital in east Tennessee. They immediately told me not to worry and they would get it taken care of. Not only did they bump be to first in line, they re-balanced my tires and had me back out the door in less than 30 minutes at no charge. The number of techs they had working in the back looked like a busy any colony. From a customer perspective, a COMPLETELY different experience that has taught me a good lesson! I write the comparison on BOTH company pages (albeit a 5 star review for Discount Tire) in praise for one company's leadership and in hopes the other might take something away from it.

The team was so helpful and i was in and out in an hour! They were able to find the nail in my tire, take it out and patch it up no problem! so kind and they do a great job!

Professional. This place is clean, efficient, knowledgeable. They want to make your experience a good one. I had a small issue after buying 4 new tires and they immediately addressed it with no hesitation. I will be a repeat customer.

The guys at Discount Tire have always been such gentlemen. They treat me like royalty there. The customer service is amazing. They take extra care of you. They were so good to my boys to. I called- man said yes come in we can fix! He should have had the professional decency to tell me they were busy and it would be 2hours and 35 minutes for me to sit & wait there!!! Or suggest I make an appointment which I didn’t know you could do. When a text on phone read- my car was ready- I went to the desk and asked? That rude man hiding behind his beard & mask - said, “oh, that comes up but it’s not ready!” I explained I’d been there over 2 hrs. His answer, “well- We’re real busy”!!! Not sorry or anything thing nice!! Question would you have wanted your 70 yrs old mom sitting in your waiting area. Manners, professionalism and customer service- needed. No, I’ll never return and I won’t recommend to anyone But then “your busy” and don’t care!

Needed a flat tire repair so I made an appointment at this location. The team welcomed me in, answering all my questions, and told me that it would be about an hour. Had the tire repaired and tires rotated all under an hour!!!! Thank you guys!!! You rock!!!! Highly recommend this location!!!!!

Extremely rude staff . Very unprofessional and will try to upsell you on tires that are only a year and half old (that are 65,000 mile tires) instead of honoring free flat repair . We bought new tires for our daughter a year and half ago from discount tires to be used as a safety net . She notices a low front tire, instead of checking the air pressure or finding what's in the tire they tried to upsell new tires and even went as far as using scare tactics . Go to Gallatin Discount tires where they are trustworthy.
