This location is outstanding. had problems setting my appointment online, but was able to go to the store location and get it cleared up. Yeah young lady setting my appointment is very professional. Love this company will continue to use them into the future. I buy tires every 18 months due to me putting 3500 miles a month for my jobs.

I had a nail in my tire and needed a patch ASAP. Great customer service. I was advised that there was going to be a slight wait, but it was honestly much quicker than other places I’ve been to. Definitely returning again for other stuff that my car needs checked

Update: I was told by this location that I needed $1300 in brake work, I have taken my truck to 2 other locations and that was a bold-faced lie. I looked at the brakes and they were totally fine. I'm contacting the corporate office about their practices here. Beware!

I’ve been going here for 4 years. Usually it’s been fair pricing and service.I had bought 4 new tires here in February. Brought in my car to get the tires rotated a month ago. By the time I took the Vietnam Veterans exit, my tire pressure gauge light in my car went off. I stopped at a gas station and aired up the tire because it was a few PSI lower than the other tires. A couple weeks later and the tire is flat. I air it up and bring in my car. They said it wasn’t a defective tire, had side wall damage, and wasn’t covered under warranty and charged me $179 for a new tire. Well, I didn’t have any issues with the tires until immediately after getting my tires rotated.Hope they enjoy that $179, it’s the last time I’ll go to this ridiculous Tire Discounters in Glenbrook.

Called today to get a quote on repairing a leak in one of my tires. I had never been here before and was displeased with my service at the last tire shop I went to. I spoke with Eric on the phone. He was super friendly and allowed me to come same day to get my leak repaired. Not only did they squeeze me in last min WHILE being understaffed. They also didn’t charge me for this service. I was beyond impressed with both Eric and Thomas’ attitudes. They were running the whole shop by themselves and still maintained a super friendly and professional demeanor through the whole process. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

I used to go here all the time for convenience, but I'll find somewhere else now. I went in for only an oil and filter change. I was charged $19.99 for a tire rotation, which I opted out of when I dropped off my car and did not receive. And the reason I know my tires were not rotated is because I have wheel locks on them and the key stays in my garage unless I'm on a long trip. I didn't see this charge until I got home and looked at my receipt.

Took my truck to get an oil change and rotate the tires.I also had a tire pressure sensor that was faulty. I never had any issues at all with the other 3 sensors. When I got the truck back none of the sensors worked. They did give me 15.00 off the 80.00 sensor they replaced that still didn’t work. They told me hopefully the sensors would start working again. Disappointing

Dropped car off at 8:30 AM for oil change, tire balance & rotation. Was told two hours to complete, 12:30 I called was told another two hours. At 5:50 PM received a text that my car was ready but they closed at 6:00. The next morning went to get car and the cost had been increased with no explanation until I complained. No way an oil change should cost over $100. The service at this store has slowly declined and I will be looking for a new place to take vehicle.

I have visited this location several times just needing the air checked in a tire. If you pull up to a bay door you can just about count on being ignored. The techs will look at you and go right back to what they are doing never acknowledging that you are there.

I had an oil change scheduled for 1pm. Waited over two hours & still no oil change so I left. No apology or explanation. I’ve given this place my business for 4 years. No longer.

We purchased tires for all 3 vehicles at this location. We purchased all the expensive insurance guaranteed to fully cover everything. Well...We got a nail randomly in a relatively new tire that couldn't be repaired and they wanted to charge us over $100 for this. With insurance. Then a couple weeks later it happened on a different vehicle same insurance. Same deal. Nail hole. Wanted to charge us over $180 for this. Unacceptable. Do not patronize this business. The last two times we have went for oil changes things have been broken and we were not told about it. Small things but every single time it's something broken or missing. We've been customers for YEARS but this new policy for road hazard is insane. You expect a true road hazard to be absolutely covered when it's fully insured. That insurance is not cheap. Go elsewhere. Definitely not what they used to be..
