We needed floor mats for a used car we bought. The clerk was most helpful, he actually carried the mats out, and installed them in the car. He deserves a huge thank you !!!!

Says O'Reilly's is always a great place to go whenever you need anything for your Automotive needs or sometimes your lawn mower needs a spark plug or oil good place to get it and the guys are always helpful and friendly say your engine light is on most of the time they can help you with that too thank you

I shop at this location on a semi regular basis. The store is ran very well. It is always clean very well stocked. The manager cares and will go out of his way to accommodate his customers. This may be the best location in the district.

Needed a new battery. Bought one and asked if they would install it. The guy told me because it was a push start, the battery would need to be put in at a shop, because loss of power would mess up the push start. Went to pro tech and they said it would be fine to change it, and that the guy at oreillys probably just didn't want to do it. So I changed it myself. Won't be spending any more money at oreillys. Your worker got out of putting in a battery and oreillys just lost a customer.

Always have what I need, and things I didn’t remember I needed! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location outside the hustle and bustle of Hixson. My favorite auto parts store.
