Walgreens pharmacy is one of my favorite places to go, bc of the employees. They are very kind, & professional. I believe that Christy saved my life once, by going above & beyond her job scope and finding information I needed. It was unrelated to any meds I was on, but I ended up needing meds to treat it. She, Wendy, Stacie, and the others are always welcoming, & answer any questions I have about my meds. I once saw Barrett deal so calmly with a couple that were some of the worst customers I’ve seen, despite their horrible behavior that wasn’t even a result of an offense on Walgreens’ part. He remained so composed and continued to try to help them, despite the verbal abuse that no one should be subjected to, which tells me he must be very focused on things & centered on good customer outcomes, like I would want someone in charge of my family’s medications to be.
I like having a pharmacy that I can look forward to going into, it turns a routine errand into a fun part of my day. There’s just some very smart, professional, and good hearted people in there.

Love this store and staff -- each time I enter, the staff is so nice and helpful... EXCEPT when I have to go to the pharmacy. They are definitely overworked and in need of staff, seriously, I feel for them. Busy, yes - BUT, still, no reason to be so rude when someone calls asking for info...I called asking about heating pads. The person in the pharmacy that I was connected to was so rude that I just hung up the phone. I don't need to be treated so poorly.Such a difference from the staff up front and in the make-up, Shampoo area...

Only because I can't give zero. Shut the window in my face a minute before closing after I had been in line for over 10 minutes. When I knocked and knocked and said I needed diabetic supplies that had been filled they just told me to go to another store.

Way too busy during the day. Expect half hour waits. Also, the phone Que is VERY annoying. It forces you to listen to several minutes of nonsense before you can speak to a human, going so far as to describe to you when employees take lunch! I didn't call to speak with your HR department. I called with a question for a human.
