Not very affordable. Tried to sell me the most expensive options for dentures as well as a surgery I may or may not need. Even the cheapest dentures are not very affordable for me even with insurance. I found cheaper comparable options through a private practice. The whole experience felt like I was at a car dealership, trying to sell me all the services and most expensive options they could while offering financing through a third party with the highest interest rates allowed. In my opinion find a private practice and help a local business stay in business.

Had a tooth fall out of my denture. They got me in the next business day, fixed the issue, sent me on my way.Pleasant Dr and Assistants. GREAT experience!

I was nervous, the girls made it a pleasant experience, they were so attentive explaining everything that was being done. Apologize to me about the discomfort of some of the ex-rays. Usually l am uncomfortable at the dentist, so it was strange to me to not be afraid. Was asked what l wanted done, gave me several options to choose from. Went over my insurance with me and made the payments affordable. Definitely 5 stars.

I went in for a denture repair. They were only a little over a year old and under a 7 year warranty. They claimed they couldn't fix them. When I reminded them it was under a warranty, they had me waiting for almost an hour to tell me they were not honoring the warranty and that I would need new dentures. They offered their high end set for the price of their basic. I thought this was unacceptable as I purchased the high end set just for the warranty and they were not honoring it. And to add insult, the next available appointment wasn't going to be for a month! I went to the Kingston Pike location the next day and they were able to fix my dentures in 1 day, no problems. I don't know if you were intentionally trying to rip me off, but I will be avoiding your location.

Didn't put my appointment in their computer but sent me a email confirmation. Had to reschedule for a exam and reline. When I arrived on my 2nd visit they did an exam then told me I'd have to come back to do the reline. Told them NO.They already dropped the ball once and I wasn't taking anymore time off of work. Then when they done my reline and I came back in 4 hours to pick them up they rushed me. Never did get the reline right. I felt like I was being rushed. I paid $96 for the reline them when I went back they said they didn't charge me enough and wanted another $48. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The experience was the worst I've ever seen. Starting from the Front Desk. Once I finished signing the paperwork as directed, I asked the Front Desk lady(not too sure of her name), but she was insulting and disrespectful if she could let the DA know that I was finished so I could be there (as the signed states) for my minor son. She told me I could not return there ( with an attitude). I ask when the policy changes when, again, there's a sign in the front that states differently. Now, since I have been to this particular location, I know the rules and have been back there with both of my boys. Secondly, my son wouldn't know what questions to answer or ask the Dr.. The front desk lady told me it was because of Covid. I said, I do understand. Next thing, I knew two white couples came out the same door, and I was not allowed to go back to be next to my minor son. I told the lady to cancel the appointment and that we could go somewhere family-friendly and respectful. That same lady returned and said I can go after speaking with her office manager.The X-ray tech came and assured me that she had just finished. I thanked her, but I apologize if my attitude is not the greatest. I just had an awful experience with the Front Desk clerk. The X-ray tech showed empathy and led the way to my son after going over the reason for the visit. My son and I discussed all options ( Motto, Braces, Implants, and Veneers. The Dentist, Mureo (unsure if I spelled her name right), asked the same question and began accessing my son's mouth. Not only did this dentist have a heavy accent and wear a mask (it was challenging to hear and understand what she was asking), but I did my best.Dr. Mureo said what do you want me to do. I was puzzled due to not knowing what she meant by that. I told her I didn't understand what she was asking. The dentist turned to me and yelled are you not an RDA. I stated yes, but I'm unsure what my title concerns my son's appointment. The dentist said I was making demands. Again, I looked shocked because her vibe and energy were not welcoming or friendly. For some odd reason, I was being targeted without my knowledge. I advised the dentist that my son's visit was about the Motto’s. Nothing else. She turned to the RDA and mentioned something to her. Then she turned back to me and asked if my son was sent to her by an Orthodontist. I told her now. I am just going off of our last visit. Listen, there were many more things wrong with this facility, but we will never be back. Communication is awful. I received several calls once the appointment was confirmed. Honestly, for as many people walking around gossiping, they should have been working. Again, I never had this experience with this location, but to ripple off the patient is awful.Now I could see if I caused the problem or if I didn't read the paper ( if one was listed) that black people could not have their parent or guardian back then. That was not the case. Now, to be on the bright side, the hygienist, Dr. O'Shea, and Monique were excellent. All carried themselves professionally and courteously. When we were getting ready to pay while waiting for the hygienist to give us the mouthwash and toothpaste to help my son, The office manager displayed a nasty attitude about not getting anything until we made our appointment. I told her no thanks. This was the worst experience, and I would not trust anyone coming here after how I was treated.

Amazing crew, and wonderful care!!!This office is the best for all your dental needs. They are Amazing and quick to fix dentures right while you wait same day and everyone there are so nice and caring, thank you Aspen for making my dental appointment Amazing and enjoyable.

Everyone was kind and helpful. The desk clerk stated my appointment was at 2:30, but I had to show it was scheduled for 3:30. The staff was accommodating and guided me through the appointment.

The ladies at checkout was wonderful. The rest of the ones was a bit much. I don't believe in saying anything wrong about anyone so the person that helped me was a bit much. I am very thankful. So I thank Aspen dental.

This was my first experience with Aspen Dental. It was pleasurable. I ended up being super scared and the staff handled it like champs. I had a tooth pulled. It was painless and quick. The staff was friendly & the office was clean. 10/10 recommend..

Alicia was FANTASTIC!!! She's super friendly, easy to talk to a GREAT at cleaning teeth!!! I will DEFINITELY know that lady EVERY TIME I visit Aspen Dental!!! Too, Heather is great at her job of customer service and explaining the prices and charges of Aspen Dental!!!

They are a joke. They cancelled my appointment after I had confirmed through email because they said they called and got hung up on. They never called. Then when I called them to complain she hung up on me. If they can’t manage appointments there’s no way I’d let them touch my mouth!

The dentist is good, he could have explained the procedures a little better but otherwise I was really happy. Office staff, could not care less. They take your money upfront and tell you if it’s less you get your money back. What they don’t tell you is that it has to be sent through corporate and takes 10+ days. Then treat you like a Karen for being frustrated. Still waiting for a $700+ refund.
