Pre ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day for in store pickup. After work I stopped by and the place was very busy. The staff was very efficient in finding my order. I left with my arrangement and my partner was pleasantly pleased.

The staff ( store staff/manager/delivery driver) did a fantastic job in getting my delivery out. They literally chased the recipient of the gift from the hospital to their home. I had given up on it but they were so accommodating from the time this issue happened. I will definitely make sure the person receiving any arrangements going forward will be in one location!! ?~Adrian

I procrastinated in sending my Grandma a gift for her 90th birthday and when I saw Edible Arrangements could do same day delivery I was elated. Bryan, from the store, called to tell me that their driver had already left for the day, but when I told him it was my Grandmother’s actual birthday and that she was turning 90 he told me he would make sure it got to her. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me! What amazing customer service. Thank you Bryan! You’re a gem and Grandma is going to be THRILLED!

I picked up a beautiful arrangement of chocolate and fruit. Everything was perfect and the staff was very good at their job. I highly recommend this place.

Just absolute awesome service. They delivered a fruit arrangement to my office and it was delicious. The delivery person was Braden and she was so very nice. This just made everyone at my office have a great day. Thanks Edible Arrangements!!!Rick Wilkinson

No knock on the door and I received no voicemail or text asking how they could find my house instead I got a random text message saying I needed to come to the store to pick up the arrangement. I called the phone number provided and was told to come by the store and pick it up. After 2 hours and 45 minutes I went by the store and was told my order wasn’t there and it needed to pick picked up tomorrow. When asked what could be done the front desk man got extremely aggravated and was almost yelling at me as I just explained that I was a little frustrated. He told me they would do nothing for me and that sorry I would have to wait until whenever the delivery driver returned which they had no idea when he would come back or pick it up tomorrow. At this point I don’t even want the order and they will not refund the gifter. Horrible service and edible arrangements or any affiliated companies has lost a customer who ordered their items for gifts.

Friend sent me gift from this store. She sent me a text today to see if I liked it. I told her I had just gotten text from the company that they couldn't find my house and they asked me to call. She sent me a text that she received from the store stating order delivered.I called and Brittany answered. Told her I had gotten a text that they couldn't find my home and that it was odd as my address was on GPS for all major maps. She told me they tried to call me multiple times the day before. I said and I quote "that's odd as I don't have missed messages but how do we get this resolved". She kept insisting they attempted deliver and after the third time I told her it felt like she was calling me a liar and again said "how do we get this resolved". She was defensive and refused to answer me. She stated she didn't call me a liar. At that point I told her she was not very good at her job ( exact quote) and before I could ask for a manager she told me she was not going to deal with an "abusive" customer and told me to call back and talk to the owner. At that point she hung up on me. She didn't offer to let me speak to anyone. She just hung up.I called back and she answered. She said, before I could ask for the owner, that they were refunding the order and didn't deal with abusive customers. She then proceeded to hang up again before I could get some type of confirmation for the person sending me the gift.I let the person who sent the gift that it was a lovely thought but she should expect refund. She was very upset as a sweet gesture turned into a bad experience.I manage a very large customer service team and literally was asking for help resolving the issue. Issues come up and i get that. However the lack of basic customer service is a reflection on ownership.If this is how the store is run I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I live a couple of states away so I order gifts online to be sent to my sister in the Knoxville area. Website works well, and my most recent order arrived on time and arrangement turned out perfectly cute with the balloon. Thanks for the excellent service!

I just spent over $100 for an arrangement to be delivered to my husband's work for our anniversary, and he's not going to get it until after 3pm. Very disappointing.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom as she was in Knoxville for a girls birthday weekend and I wasn't confident about how to make sure she got her delivery at the Airbnb. I spoke with Beau(sp?) and he was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure got her delivery. The arrangement was perfect and it absolutely made her day!!!
