I had to go to my grandsons birthday In Ohio... Last minute car problem... couldn't find a rental.... The crew at the location I went to were outstanding in all regards. My only complaint is your company does not offer any type of veterans discount.

Customer service was on point. When I dropped car off, tablets had gone down and there was a long line, but staff still managed to move quickly to serve. All staff were very friendly.

Always Great to come here!They aim to please.Just wish the vehicle was a little cleaner. Windows spotty and look like dirty rain water on cars.Quick spray.I have to go have them washed again. Maybe I am just picky about that.Don't like riding In a half way clean ride on a trip.They awesome to work with!

Enterprise was the worst experience out of getting my car repaired. I was told one thing on the phone by representative on how much everything would cost, and then surprised with all the extra hidden fees when I picked up the rental car. I was told I would be refunded my complete $50 back only to check my bank account I was only refunded $40 I have asked several times for a receipt to lay out the charges and NEVER received one. The car was already dirty and smelt like dog upon pickup I hope to never have to use this company again.

“ Firstly, I really did enjoy the Nissan sedan I had, it was very clean and nice! However, I was not given a thorough explanation of the fuel service option. So I ended up paying the extra $8.10 for basically no reason since I returned my vehicle with approximately the same amount of fuel I found it.I also did not get a thorough explanation of the options I had for my vehicle as far as protections plans went. I recently called my insurance company and they said I would of been cover if a collision or accident happened on the road. So it feels like I wasted my time purchasing DW/CDW optional (whatever that’s for) which was $25 per day, which ended up costing me an extra $75. I was looking for an affordable way to travel with my family and it seemed like part of the process with using Enterprise made it more difficult then not. Thanks again for you all’s service, I just wish i was paying for what I needed and not paying for things that I didn’t necessarily need.”

This place has gone waaay downhill! I’ve used this company as a vendor for my company. My company caters to people who travel here for my services and need a rental so I have this company listed as an option. I’d estimate I send them approximately 15 customers a month.NOT ANYMORE!Over the last 6 months they’ve been rude to my customers, always 1-2 hours late when picking them up(main reason my customers use them because they’ll pick them up) when we’re only 3 miles away!I’ve gone in talked with the manager the other day to try and help resolve some issues with my current customer and the lady who was managing the morning of 12/05/22 was so unprofessional with no lack of concern to try and figure out the problem and she acted like I was bothering her because her and 3 other girls were just sitting in the background talking and giggling she seemed annoyed she had to actually get up and talk to someone.The very next day I had another customer used them but enterprise didn’t pick them up at 9am as requested then when they called at 930 to see if they were still coming, they said it would be at least another 45 minutes. My customers were extremely disappointed so they just called another company. Enterprise finally showed up at 10:35 and i told them the customer made other arrangements. I gave my business card to the driver and told her to have the manager call me. No one ever called to discuss and this is the second time I’ve given my card and asked to have the manager call me. She is probably too busy sitting and chatting at her desk again… sorry to bother you! Don’t worry, you’ve been removed from the vendor list and actually listed as a “DO NOT USE” due to poor customer service and unreliable service.I hope a district manager sees this and fixes the problem that is ruining this office. We’ll be sending our customers to another rental place down the street who has promised my customers won’t be treated so poorly!
