I am sharing an experience that will likely go with another review posted 6 days and 6 months ago. Yesterday, I was stopped at a four way stop sign on Clinch Avenue near ETCH. A woman was walking across the crosswalk in front of my car. A driver in a Quest Diagnostic Vehicle also approached the stop my right. He was looking to his right. The woman crossed the crosswalk. The man in the Quest vehicle, without turning his head her way, proceeded to make a left through the intersection. After seeing the woman in the crosswalk he made an abrupt stop. As she continued across the crosswalk, he proceeded to roll down his window and while driving by the woman called her a "f + b." He also made the same comment to me when I commented, "In your company vehicle?" The male is white and wears glasses. It seems like Quest Diagnostics has a driver who is in some serious need of anger management (as this is a third review of this matter), and should not be representing your company.

I was walking across the crosswalk at Fort Sanders on Laurel Ave. at 12pm 11/10/23 and a man driving one of your trucks cussed me out. I suggest informing your drivers of pedestrian right of way unless you wish for further negative publicity.

They were on time and precise with the blood draws. Very professional. It was also very clean. They made it a pleasant experience.

Suggested you make an appointment prior to fasting. After fasting for blood draw order from Dr find out I have to wait an additional 3 hours to get the draw. Only 3 people were in waiting area.

Nobody answers the phone, no answering service, results haven’t been given for a simple urinalysis in the timeframe told to me by the “tech.” Go to Labcorp if you want good customer service and quick results.

They do not pick up their phone. Fax machine "doesn't work". Very unprofessional.

Short wait almost anytime I go. I love the format that I receive my results. They send my results to my doctor because I want them to. The office isn't upscale or beautiful, but I'm not there that long. I'm in and out pretty fast.

find better employees that are able to control their temperament. whilst i was running in fort sanders one of your drivers chose to disregard a crosswalk by the childrens hospital blaming me for being in the way. as i continued on my way he yelled out derogatory terms making me extremely uncomfortable. not only was he leaving a bad rep for your company seeing as he was driving your companies car but he was driving recklessly in an area with children and students. the situation could have been much worse and there is no excuse for his temperament. unacceptable.

Tonia did wonderful walking me through a blood draw today. I have extreme anxiety and she was kind enough to take that into consideration.

I called this company repeatedly to just get hung up on. I have questions about a bill sent to me and I will not be paying a penny until I hear from a rep. They are charging me for services that I didn't even receive. I will hear from someone to discuss this and until then I won't be paying any amount of that bill.

Only because I cannot pick a ZERO!! I spoke with someone no less than 6 times!! My son needed some lab work prior to starting grad school. He is on my insurance. Again he is on MY insurance-he’s my son. After speaking to them multiple times they could not correctly bill the insurance company. I gave the correct Information EVERY TIME I called. After the last call I was assured that it would be handled and assumed it was since I received no other correspondence. Until today my son received a notice from a collection agency! I would think for a lab company billing insurance companies is like 101!! This company is pathetic and can’t get it right even with specific information given to them over the phone! I specifically ask now who people use for lab work and trust me when I say I have hand delivered stuff to LabCorp to avoid them at all costs.. I would definitely recommend you do the same. Unless you would like be turned over to collections when they have no idea how to bill it CORRECTLY!!

I was unable to speak to a real human regarding an appointment. I tried multiple times, using different options on the menu, including the provider option (as I am a healthcare provider) and it only resulted in the call being disconnected multiple times. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Called four times during the 1:15 - 1:30 hour on a Friday in October. Rings 6 times and then automatically hands up. Impossible to communicate with. I just had a simple question. If they cannot answer the phone, then why would they be able to do more complicated things like lab work?

Not sure what the deal is but my wife has been trying to donate her breast milk recently. She was told she had to get a blood draw from quest to complete the application. The first time she went in she said nobody seemed to understand what she was doing there Even though she was instructed to go into this specific place. After getting her blood drawn about 3 days later, she gets a notification that they supposedly forgot to put her blood in the fridge. Therefore, it went bad and she needs another blood draw. Last week she went in for her second blood draw And today she gets another notification saying that they forgot to put her blood in the fridge again and now want her to come in for the third time. What the hell kind of ship is being ran here at quest diagnostics? And how do you just forget to put someone's blood in the fridge not once but twice??
