I came here because of your recycling policy on ink and old printers today. I liked how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was and that I could find items pretty well.I also love how well kept the store is except for the bathroom. The bathroom today was beyond filthy and it was only 10:30 am on a Saturday morning with not too many customers in the store. That one area is keeping me from giving your location 5 stars sadly. Keep that area presentable as much as possible please and thank you for all of your services today.

For some reason Staples uses a completly incompetent local delivery company. I ordered a file cabinet. For 6 days in a row they failed to deliver, but said they would deliver the next day. 3 times they said they could not deliver because the business was closed, and this was a residential delivery. Another time they forgot to put in on the truck. They basically do nothing a pick an excuse at the end of the day. Avoid ordering from Staples in Knoxville.

Terrible service. For the prices they charge they should be a lot nicer. Do NOT bother those. Poor employees with Amazon returns. They don't have time.

I just moved to the area from GA and this is the local drop off for Amazon. So my first experience was meeting Paul at the print/copy counter as that’s where you go to drop off. Such a pleasure to meet him on this day!So when I needed to have some resumes printed to get on the job hunt in my new city this is where I went and again Paul was there. He was extremely busy and still managed to juggle everything all by himself without missing a beat. He managed to wait on me and another customer at the same time and answered the phone. I told him I was in no hurry because OBV I don’t have a job, LOL! But he still made me feel valued enough to do what he could to maximize his efforts in getting to everyone best he could. Super impressive really!! Originally he said I would need to come back in an hour to pick up my prints. I have no problem doing that of course!! Then as I’m chatting with the other customer and him, he simply just keeps working on everything for both of us and magically gets my order to me. And sends me on my way. Seriously Paul, your truly world class as a representative for multi-tasking with exceeding any reasonable expectations for a customer. Well done New friend ?? So go see the print center at this location local Knox neighbors, they have their stuff together ☺️

Thank you Shelby Blaes (hope I've got the spelling right) for all you knowledge and support. Buying a printer ( BEST BUY) to go with my new MAC ... and did not get any correct info on hooking it up there.. STAPLES WAS A FEW STEPS AWAY... BINGO .. you answered our questions, produced what we needed and were on top of every question we had!! Putting our Best Buy experience to shame.. just being truthful as these purchases should be a good experience..... as you've put some obvious money into something that you're expecting to work, right!?!? I can't thank you enough for doing your job so well! It's a blessing to get someone in the area your looking into that is honest and knows what they are talking about! We then bought a desk through another sales gal there who unfortunately the tag was on the wrong desk and when we got home we had the wrong desk! We brought it right back and you jumped right in on the situation, making sure we were taken care of and again I want to thank you for making our day a good one. Staples is extremely lucky to have you as a sales person with your knowledge your personality and the experience that you bring to your customers, thank you!!

Hadn’t been in a Staples for years. Needed a computer. Shopped around at a few places like Costco & Best Buy; Staples had the best sale price on a good computer for my needs. Ended up having to return it because my “dead” computer started working as soon as I got home with the new computer. My take-away is that the Staples staff at this location is VERY friendly and very knowledgeable. Both the purchase and return were easy and a pleasure. I will definitely return.

If I could give this place, zero stars I would! Worst customer service I've seen in my entire life! I was doing an Instacart order, and there was some items on there that I have never shopped for an needed some help. It was about 10:30 AM today. The Staples employee was an older gentleman and he was very rude and just told me down the aisle. They were not the location in the aisle. then I needed another item that was not located in the aisle, and I asked him if there was another brand somewhere else he was very rude again. he rushed me through the line as I was ringing up and I asked him if I could get a bag for the hundred dollar backpack that the customer purchased and he told me that they don't carry bags that size and I know for a fact that's a lie. If you have to shop at Staples go to another location this one they act like they don't want peoples business. Don't waste your time stay blessed.

Quick visit. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Staffwas very friendly and helpful. They knew exactly where my items were located.

We totally recommend this location, the staff is very helpful, guided us with different options. Maurice was great, very patient, he went out of his way to assist us and showed us all the options staples had to offer. We are definitely coming back.

I was preparing for my National Sales meeting and I had huge printer issues at home. I also needed posters printed for my presentation from file that were not cooperating. Shelby was my hero tonight. He went above and beyond to help out a tech challenged guy like me. I use this location because they always give tremendous effort and Shelby dug into the issue and made it happen. I will be back next time as well.
