We love the products they offer but it's unfortunate that they shut your card off if you don't use it often. Enough to meet their criteria. I've never had a credit company shut a card off for medium use.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND NOT BAT AN EYE DOING IT! THEY WILL NOT, I REPEAT, WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ONLINE ORDERS .. AT ALL!! I have purchased from this place for years. I have 7 children and have spent an absorbance of money with this company. A mistake on THEIR end. I had my address changed in my app account dashboard now for a year and they sent my $175 order to the wrong address. I'm just out that money. I caught it by placing another order and saw immediately it was going to my OLD address. I used coupons for this order and they would NOT change the address for me. Made me cancel my order and I lost my coupons resulting in me having to pay an extra $33 if I just reordered. The order had not even been shipped and was still in their possession. They said it was for "my security". This place and their customer service is a JOKE!!

We ordered a pack of 4 pants and only recieved 2 and it's been over a week and still can't get any help. They do not respond to emails and when you call you just get a recording and hung up on. We really liked this place but this is ridiculous Maybe instead of paying celebrities you instead invest in some customer service. We have been loyal customers for years. Whoever runs things is running it into the ground. May be worst than the taco bell CEO. Look at my reviews and you can see I rather write positive than negative.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love children's place clothes but this location is by far the worst location ever. I just wanted too exchange the clothes for a bigger size and the lady was not helpful at all as if she didn't even care. When we walk in this store WITH NO BAGS NO ANYTHING for that matter we are being watched. My daughter has stated too me how uncomfortable she feels just even walking in this store. We are always being followed around. I work hard and I'm no theif. I feel very insulted a Caucasian person will walk in and they are greeted and not followed. But a black person walks in and were watched like hawks. Which is very disturbing. Will never shop at this location again. The employees needs too take a training on how too not be bias because this is ridiculous.

Ordered online. The clothes were the wrong size, so I took them here for a return. They refused to return because I did not have my wife’s card which was used for the purchase. After saying I want to cash, or credit back onto another card, the lady only offered in-store credit, even after I said that I did not want that. She was a little bit short in her tone.

Don't use the website. It kept saying my card wouldn't work but then u tried to buy a digital gift card they immediately took the money so card worked fine, never sent gift card and have had my money tied up for over a week they don't respond to you and are complete thieves. I won't ever shop in store or online here again

Absolutely the worst customer service! I went in to fix a mistake and they were rude both online and in person! They refused to fix their mistake and the manager even screamed as me as I left the store! Don't waste your time or money!!

Absolutely the worst customer service both online and in person for fixing their mistake for something I ordered with plenty of time! They were rude, unwilling to mail me the correct order, and in person would only exchange for the exact same thing when they mailed me the wrong thing!!! It was terrible!!

I love Children's place for clothes for my girls and my girls love their clothes. Most times everyone is friendly and helpful. On a rare occasion someone can be a little rude. This doesn't happen often though. I do wish their was a location closer to me.

I ordered, online, an outfit for my grandsons first birthday pictures. Upon opening the bags of clothes, discovered that instead of the clothes ordered, I received the clothes ordered by a woman who lives in Alabama. Very disappointed!!
