I met Sandi at Ulta on Papermill today. We talked about the haircut I wanted, and she had great suggestions. She cut and colored my hair, and the result was fantastic! It's hands-down the best cut I've ever had. I highly recommend her.

I went to Ulta needing a certain product but didn’t know what brand I needed. Cookie greeted me at the door and knew exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved working with her. She was a true pleasure. Then at checkout Matty was also amazing and was patient and helpful with all my gift cards I got for Christmas ? I will definitely be back!!

The 2 males I first encountered were less than to be desired. First male was too busy chatting with his friend to work or give any sort of good 1st impression. Second male was nice but wouldn't help me fully because he decided I wouldn't want/afford anything less than cheap makeup. Mind you I am normally thick skinned and not easy to offend. But who the H-E-double hockey sticks decides MY price point!?!?!? Finally had a female offer to help me. The store didn't have what I needed but was able to order it. Will not return to this location.

Do NOT shop here - we should all NOT shop here. They are now charging a 'return tax' and this, coming from a store that already is overpriced with their products! WTH c'mon people. I hope Ulta goes out of business actually. Shop at Target and get 5% off with your red card!

Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a hair dresser in my life. I was golden blonde and just wanted highlights! He turned me purple grey! I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got in my car and more so when I got home! I went back the next morning Then when I asked why he did that he said “no one’s perfect” I was upset and humiliated. Management just made it worse! Made me feel stupid for coming back and wanting a refund even after they agreed my hair is purple and grey.He charged me $198.00 and I gave $20 tip. I have never asked anyone to refund me on these kind of services but this was really BAD! To make long story short it was days of calling talking to several different employees and managers explaining what happened over and over because nobody knew what I was talking about or would call me back.Finally after coming back in and management inspecting my hair like I had lice did they refund $198. It’s been 2 weeks and my hair is still a weird color but I’m thankful it’s not as purple. I should go have someone fix it but im terrified of having another experience like that!

This was my first time in an Ulta. I came for a specific product that was recommended by a friend. The store was very busy and filled with excitement. As soon as I walked in Cookie greeted me and said she would be right with me as she in the middle of helping another customer. Cookie showed me exactly what I needed. Even though the line to checkout was really long, it moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and offered me an Ulta rewards card. Even though I declined the Ulta rewards and I’m not sure when I will be back as I don’t typically buy beauty products, I had a positive experience.
