I have been a member with UTFCU since 1995. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. I went in today to get a loan. The branch manager, Angel Fields, walked me through everything, processed my loan, and had me out the door within 30 mins of walking in.

I've been working with UT Federal Credit Union as a customer as well as a vendor for the last 10 years. I've always been impressed by their staff and how they put my needs first. They seem to operate by the golden rule and make sure they do the right thing.
