These are the sleeziest, most dishonest, under educated, moronic people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Hours, weeks, months of trying to get them to correct their own mistakes to the point of arbitration! They lie,and then pass it off on someone else.. hence, the customer! Can't wait till other options are available in this area! Don't use this company.

Came into the store bc our router stopped working and I had a lot of anxiety because I work from home and within 2 seconds of walking in Cody had given us a replacement router and we were good to go. I couldn't be more thankful!

I just gave it three stars because though the wi-fi is great, the equipment is garbage. We had really kinda stopped watching cable. Mainly because our "new" box went bad. When I finally got around to swapping it out with another "new" one, got it home and it too didn't work. That was the final straw for us. Wife got a new iPhone and we switched to Verizons horrible wi-fi. The staff here are always friendly. Just the equipment sucks.

We got their mobile service on a phone from our previous provider. The phone didn’t work properly with Xfinity. We spent days on the phone with Xfinity’s customer service for hours at a time as well as driving from a different town to their store multiple times trying to fix the issue. Our last visit, they finally said that the phone was just made incompatible by an “update.” Rather than try to sell us on a new phone or even apologize for the inconvenience, they just gave us a number to unlock the phone from their company and sent us on our way. We weren't rude and they weren’t rude either, but they (including the manager) were completely indifferent and had zero inclination to get us in a mobile phone that worked. There was a moment of awkward silence withthe person who helped us and their manager that conveyed to us, not my problem, I can’t do anything about that. I was completely perplexed as why that was the extent of their customer service. They didn’t even suggest getting one of their phones. Instead they just handed back our phone which they stripped from our previous provider leaving us in service limbo and in a lurch. A few days later we cancelled all of Xfinity’s services.

Employees in the local stores are so much more help than whoever y'all are using at your call centers.

My guy Andrew was awesome! I was ready to snap, crackle and pop and he explained that I was a victim of fraud. He's got a great demeanor and very willing to help. Honestly, he saved me from going to jail because I was ready to be extra. Hats off to my guy... For real!
