Vyvy is a perfectionist she doesnt play about shaping. She is very sweet and the whole staff is amazing. The shop is clean and visually appealing. Its calm and they dont rush you in and out. Prices are fair for the quality and attention you receive.

My nail tech, Tamara was absolutely amazing and have never left upset. The Owners had harassed and constantly sneak behind her back to steal clients. Working with other techs of the store, made me feel like they were a chop shop, rushing through my appointment to get my money and rush out for the next client. The one good tech was bullied out, and she’s moved to a new salon. (The Vibe: Skin & Nails Studio). I had made an appointment with Tamara and it was confirmed and everything. I go there and the lady said oh yeah she’s not here ( was her off day) and that she can do my nails instead, saying she was gonna be 5 mins when the lady at her seat had a beginning of a new acrylic set. Very displeased with the Owners and how they treat employees.

I went here for the first time. It was my first time treating myself to getting my nails done in years and I am SO glad I came here! The nails look great and it was such a nice and pleasant environment. Jach did my nails and I am incredibly thankful I ended up meeting him because he was so incredibly kind, gentle and courteous. 10/10 will be coming back here again preferably when he working cause he was FANTASTIC

**UPDATE**
I now have to go get an ingrown toenail cut out because the nail tech here cut my nail so badly that when it grew in it cut into my toe and caused an infection in not one, but 2 toes. I have NEVER had this happen before. I will scream from the rooftops how awful this place is.
I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to home and open on Sundays. But I just can’t. The older woman that did my nails and toes seemed sweet, but either she didn’t understand what I was asking her or she didn’t care. She cut my toe nails too short after I asked her not to, the edge of one nail was cut so sharp that It cut into my toe when I wore my sneakers and caused an infection. I can’t wear sandles now because my toe is so swollen and gross looking. I got dip on my nails, I loved that she put so many layers so it was nice and thick…but they weren’t smooth by any means. You could visibly see the ridges and she didn’t file them evenly. AND when I sat down, it looked like all her tools had been used. Other salons I’ve been to open new heads for their drills, that wasn’t the case here. The place is pretty and the price wasn’t too bad…but unfortunately I don’t think I can bring myself to go back.

The salon is very nice. Very nice people as well. The only reason I give it a three star is because I got dip powder done and the young gentleman that did mine nails was in a bit of a hurry. He did do everything I wanted him as for design, but he was just rushing. And after FOUR days my real nails were separating from the dip powder. I paid a lot for something that only lasted four days ?. I will keep going to my regular place instead.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I am not the type of person to go out of my way to leave a bad review because everyone has bad days and day does not define a whole establishment, but this is just SO unacceptable. I came in to get a pedicure and gel on my NATURAL NAILS. I previously had some left over dip on my nails and instead of soaking it off, she (the owner, may I add) took a nail tip and started ripping the dip off. I was visibly in pain and wincing and even said “ow” but just kept ripping. At the time I was unaware that she ripped off my natural nail. I wanted my service on my natural nail and now I will have to get tips because she ruined my nail. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. I only even still went here because Tamara is the BEST and always does a great job on my nails! This really made me not want to see anyone but her ever again.
Also did not apologize or say anything to me after. I never even saw her again so I walked out of the salon with my nails like this

The salon was really clean and the people were nice, as well. I went here about a month ago only to get my drip nail polish removed (they did not paint the drip nails). I never get my nails done, so I don’t know much about the process of things. After complaining to a friend, who gets her nails done monthly, about the very poor condition of nails as they continue to grow out, she said that it was not normal. My nails are terribly thin and cracked. If this is normal, I will change my review, but I will never get my nails done again with anything other than regular nail polish.

My 8 year old daughter & I went in this past weekend. There was only one person getting a pedicure and multiple workers there. They asked if we wanted drinks and never came back over. We sat for 25 minutes and finally had to get up and leave. No one said anything even as we left. I won't be back and definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.
