The lady at the front desk was very polite I didn’t get her name. Ms. Vickie was able to see me right away and take care of my need with great precision and speed. Overall happy with my experience today with all of the staff I came in contact with.

Don't do business with them. I did 2 car loans with them to come to find out with one of them. I have to go get a brand new tag to go with the car. They are getting 60000 from us and won't buy the tag. As so as we can refinance these loans with someone we will.

I’m usually an advocate for new technology, but the fact 100% of your check will not clear with the new kiosks until the next business day is extremely frustrating. The only time to deposit payroll checks is Friday morning and no one is ever available to speak with before going into work. The check is held through the weekend until Monday (or in this case Tuesday due to a holiday). 100% of it. That’s ridiculous. If I submit it first thing Friday morning it should be able to be cleared at some point. Or have a teller available when the bank opens.

Hours posted aren't correct had to drive to Shelbyville for my information getting stolen even though they say they are open on Saturdays. If you have to deal with ascend make the drive to Columbia or Shelbyville where they actually work the hours they have posted

I received an email describing I can now pay my loan from an outside account. Great, right? Not so much. I logged into my Ascend account and had to link my personal bank account to the Ascend website. Once I linked my account I could see all my personal bank account activity on the Ascend website. This had me quite concerned. Then I started to receive emails from Ascend about my personal bank activity; the deposits I made, checks I had written, vendors where I shopped. Ascend now knew everything I was doing. Are kidding me? Who does this? Why not just ask for routing and account numbers so I can pay my loan from my outside account? Why do you need to link my bank account with your institution? And even then for some reason I still couldn’t make a payment toward my loan. I guess I’ll continue to use coupons and pay by mail until I take my loan elsewhere!

For the most point I live the credit union. But if the customer service continues to reflect your typical bank it won't matter where your money is. Just left branch. Specifically asked to have change out in checking and withdrawn from checking. She did it from the savings. With an "oh sorry". And it can't be changed because the transactions are ready there. Ugh. About as bad as giving 1B taxpayer money to Ukraine and only giving me $600. "Oh sorry"

You only have 2 ATMs in all of lewisburg and still can’t keep them operational. You had enough money to build a new bank but yet can give your customers a reliable Atm! Pathetic...your customers deserve better!!

I like the bank normally but during this Covid-19 crisis the bank has been ridiculous. The need to put plexiglass at the teller stations inside and open like everybody else has to because the drive threw is a joke. There is always a line out to the road and it goes so slow . The way the bank is built once you are in line there's no getting out .
