Lowe'ses are go to place everyone knows us by name and remembers us which is nice makes us feel as if we're people not just a dollar sign. One guy that stands out the most to me the guy named Joe this guy can help you with most anything very prompt and willing to do whatever you can to help you find your item we're apart must say very top of professionalism thank you very much Joe.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have been without a kitchen stove of 3 weeks . I have drove and picked up 3 kitchen stoves from here and my 4 th trip back I still have the wrong kitchen stove and it’s damaged. Customer service is very poor .

All the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. My complaint and reasoning behind the 2 stars is that the management team there has gone to hell. The one named Michael is the worst of them all. Each time I am in there all I see him doing is standing around talking to someone.

I went here today, June 19th, 2020 to pick up a few things. Most of the male sales associates on the floor were wearing masks and kept them on while helping when asked for assistance, thank you. As I made my way to the front of the store I noticed that many of the women sales associates were wearing their masks covering their mouth only. When I asked them if they knew that wearing a mask that way was basically pointless they responded yes. One of them responded tartly that I should try wearing one for 5-6 hours a day. I sought another method of checking out only to find that the customer service area sales associates were also wearing their masks in this fashion. When asked, one associate complied with putting his mask to cover his nose as well as his mouth and offered to ring up my items. At this point, I was so frustrated that I had to request this of the sales associates that I opted to leave the store without completing my purchase. I am disappointed that the front of the store customer care at this particular location of Lowes was so pitiful. And for the gal who suggested I try wearing one all day, I have. I conducted a flu surveillance research project on Swine Flu years ago. I wore a mask. All day, for an 8 hour shift, 5 days a week. It can be done, even with nose jewelry. And, great news, I did not contract the influenza virus - lesson to be learned in that?? Please, please, please show your customers more respect by wearing a mask properly.

One of the best Lowes I've ever been in. The staff is actually helpful. Usually these bog box stores have staff that runs from any customer who looks like they have a question. Not here (except maybe on Sunday am).

Friendly folks and I've always been able to find what I need for my projects. Actually quicker to go here rather than Murfreesboro from Woodbury. Traffic is way better.

Lowe's is my home away from home I love the place I don't know what I do without it better process would be good but it is what it is. Not many stores did I'd rather be at then be at Lowe's the great place.

I have been a Lowes customer for years, although just recently at this specific location. After several trips for various reasons, I must say I am extremely impressed with the customer service! Never have I had so many associates ask me if I needed assistance or help finding something. I had an appliance delivered and the guys were great. I had a recent special order and the manager himself went and retrieved it for me. Everyone knows the "big box" stores offer a variety of items. However, in many cases customer service suffers with the "big box" stores. Not the case here!

They will help you find anything your looking for, even if they have to dig through the shelves! And if that doesn't say friendly, let me tell you how nice they were to my poor six year old who had a tummy bug and threw up in the aisle! Didn't yell at her or me, just said "Its alright sweetheart, don't cry" and cleaned it for us. I still feel awful though!

I have been frequenting this store the last few weeks more than the average person. Most of my experiences with the staff are above and beyond type of interactions. Today however must have been an exception. 2 staff members in two separate departments were either A. Not helpful at all or B. Pushed off the task on another staff member.
